We strive to deliver exceptional experiences for all our guests and this level of service is certainly not to our standard. I am disappointed to know your stay was anything less than wonderful. We have shared these comments with the appropriate departments so that we can improve and prevent these comments going forward. Our Blu pool bar is open until 8pm for beverages and we offer room service through Ocean Prime after 4pm. We are also addressing the AC comments as we are in the process of upgrading our system. The fan will turn off once the room temperature meets the desired setting on the thermostat in the room to maintain the proper temperature. However, I apologize that it was unsatisfactory and we will be looking into this to ensure we deliver the best experience possible. I am happy to know you were able to explore 5th Avenue as we have a great location in the heart of downtown old Naples.
