The fitness center has cardio and strength-training equipment, free weights, exercise balls, and a sunny seating area with juice and fresh fruit. Just off the fitness center are massage and body-treatment rooms. The locker rooms have marble floors, mahogany lockers, large showers with personal amenities, and steam and sauna rooms. There are four lighted Har-Tru sand tennis courts with equipment rental. The outdoor lap and splash pool is surrounded by a terrace with chaise lounges and a spa tub. One end of the pool is nine inches deep to accommodate children. A poolside grill serves snacks and cold drinks. The Ritz Kids program provides supervised activities for children age 5 to 12, and a comprehensive day camp is offered mid-morning until mid-afternoon (surcharge).
The resort's English-style billiards rooms offers a comfortable place to play a game of billiards on one of the handmade tables by a roaring fire. These pub-style rooms have wood floors, reproduction period lighting, handsome game tables for four, antique lithographs, and vintage golfing artwork.
The resort offers 14,800 square feet of meeting and conference space, including a ballroom and nine conference rooms, many with outdoor patios. Executive golf retreats are a resort specialty. High-speed Internet access is available (surcharge), and a staffed business center offers administrative support.

“Hotel excelent, Stores and shopping to far away.”
Rug in room 5045 was dirty needed cleaning or replaced. (only negative I could find.
“Disappointed”
Charged me twice on room and bar
“Great and relaxing hotel”
Service take really care. The calmly and relaxing athmosphere was very much appreciated.
“Great Hotel”
The hotel is excellent and the staff on hand provided exceptional service as is customary with the Ritz. The room was clean and any requests were accomodated amazingly fast (lightbulb out, towels, etc)...We were upgraded to balcony room at no charge... Our stay was just after the christmas holiday and the hotel was empty and perhaps a little lighter on staff. repairs were performed poolside on the decking during the day which was a bit disruptive and unusual from the Ritz. Had some "graffiti" written on the wall of our bathroom that was surprising but was only about 1 inch by 1 inch so probably was not noticed by staff... Nonetheless have stayed here many times and would highly recommend it.
“WAS WONDERFUL”
WAS GREAT
“Definitely recommend”
My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel for a week 's vacation. I'm 7 months pregnant, so we were looking for somewhere comfortable and relaxing, but still with lots to do. From the moment we arrived we knew we had made a great choice. The hotel was very peaceful and relaxing, the staff were great and our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We took advantage of the 'hassle free golf' package (free club rental, balls and glove with tee time) twice and found it to be exceptionally good value, and also played tennis a couple of times. We had the best of both worlds as we also had access to all the facilities at the Beach resort. We visited the beach resort a few times, but were ultimately happy that we had opted to stay at the golf resort as it was much quieter and more relaxing. There is a free shuttle between this and the Beach Resort, but if you want to go to Downtown Naples you would need a car. We liked that the hotel was in its own peaceful grounds a little out of town. We ate at the hotel quite a few times and the breakfast, lunches and dinners we had there were all good. If we are ever traveling to the Naples area again we would definitely stay here, and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing break.
“Shame on ritz Carlton”
Valet parking does not work properly, Dust on the bed, The first time we stayed at the hotel everything was fine, second time we experienced little problems, but, this time, was the worst. Don't get me wrong, but, if there is people in my hotel and, for some reason, the power is off, I would offer them, at least, a breakfast, especially if they have two kids with them, like me for example. If I had not complained about my kids been hungry, they wouldn't offer anything. But they did, they gave us water and one bottle of coffee. My kids don't drink coffee, so they had to drink a lot of water to be satisfied. They used to charge about $25.00 for a full breakfast. Now, they charge you $18.00 for a weak breakfast without omelet. Just the omelet itself they are charging $15.00. Again, shame on you ritz carlton, spelled from now on with low case.
“A night at the Ritz”
We got what we looked for, a peaceful and stress free night in a nice hotel. Enjoyed our room, the view was spectacular and everybody was very professional. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and the service was professional and quality of food was excellent too. We are residing in Palm Beach and we will stay at the Ritz again when in Naples, next time maybe at the beach property.
“Pleasantly surprised!”
We had only 2 nights to stay in Naples on our way to Miami. Having checked Expedia reviews i must admit this hotel is THE best kept secret! Impressive, friendly staff, beautiful rooms. The best gem is that you can use the sister hotel at the beach for free!
“This hotel has it all”
If you travel in the off season this is one of the best deals in Naples. This was our second time there and there have been changes made due to the economy that made this stay not quite as fun as the first. Be sure to rent a car as there are many great restaurants near by. With onsite golf and the beach 10 minutes away this is the perfect location to have it all.
