Not A+ but okayPosted Oct 13, 2014
Pros: The beach is lovely. The kitchenette was very nice. The little continental breakfast for $5 is fine.
Cons: Funky smell in room. Front desk service.
Location: Find Joe's Diner.. great breakfast food and I loved the chowder. Baleen's at La Playa (<1 mi down the road) has EXCELLENT food and GREAT service.
Upon arrival it was clear that this place has 'regulars' and they take preference. That's understandable. We were only there for one night before moving down the beach to La Playa (which is A++!) . We were a party of 3 and so, we understood the room description to be confirmed for two queen beds. Upon initial room inspection we saw that we had a room with one bed and two couches. I returned to the front desk to wait for about 10 minutes (with two gentlemen behind the desk and only one 'regular' guest checking in) to be told that the couches were also beds, and that they expected to be full that night... so.... Then they just went back to talking to the 'regular'. Oh well. It was only for one night. The room seemed clean, but had a funky smell at first. We opened windows and aired it out. Maybe we were spoiled from the great service at the ocean front lodging we'd stayed in on the east coast of Florida. Maybe it was a bad day for them. In any case, I wouldn't tell you not to go, but know that you may not be as 'pampered' as you'd expect at a place like this.

Fantastic small boutique hotel.Posted Oct 8, 2014
Pros: The hotel was very well kept. Very small, around 20 rooms. They also have condos across the road on the bay. Rooms were super clean,well-decorated.
Cons: I am very hard to please, and truly, nothing stands out that needs to be improved. Exceeded expectations.
Location: Naples is superior to any other tourist city in Florida that I have experienced. Beautiful beaches and full of fabulous shopping and restaurants.
Fantastic small boutique hotel directly on the beach. Sandwiched between the Ritz Carlton and the La Playa. For a third of the price we enjoyed the same beach with a more intimate casual experience. The onsite restaurant was, in our opinion, one of the best Naples has to offer. The Turtle Club restaurant was always busy lunch and dinner, and rightfully so, because they prepared fresh fish on the beach as good as you'll have anywhere.

Daughers Wedding Trip In Naples Florida 11.01.13Posted Nov 7, 2013
Pros: Beachfront and lovely sunsets w/o heavy equiptment noise!
Cons: Free Breakfast. Larger coffee pot, it had single serve which was slow if both adults want two cups of coffee each morning.
Location: Beautiful Beach. Two rooms had views. Nice restaraunt. Surf swimming, nice garden area.
The hotel was beach front, the room was not. The staff were very nice! They were re-scaping the beach so huge heavy equiptment ran up and down the beach from 7 or 8am to 5pm : ( The entire trip!

High-value great beach location.Posted Oct 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
Given the very reasonable rate and the fantastic beach location, we expected a low quality room. But our room was very nice, bordering on luxurious, with small kitchen!

Exceeded expectations!Posted Oct 23, 2013
Pros: Very relaxed atmosphere with every amenity we want. Affordable, clean, well cared for resort on the gulf. Staff available but not bothersome.
Location: Gulf front location outstanding. You truly could stay without the need for a car but many restaurant and shopping opportunities increase the fun.
We're East Coast Florida residents who enjoy the Naples area when we want to relax and recharge.
