We were very pleasantly surprised by this convenient hotel as an overnight stay it met all of our needs. The restaurant and breakfast were a good standard. The room was on the small side but air conditioning worked well and room was clean.

OK for a nightPosted Apr 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
Like many French chain hotels it was on the periphery of town near the motorway and the rooms are really just large cubicles. It would not be very practical without a car. The bathroom was a small cubicle and smelled of toilets which may have been due to what appeared to be something missing from the extractor vent. It was adequate for a one night stop but not really ideal for a romantic break. I got it at a significant discount from the advertised 49euros which would have been expensive. The french generally appear to expect good freshly ground coffee which is often supplied by machines at public places like museums. This hotel only had filter coffee so I did not have breakfast. The selection of food appeared to be minimal.

Narbonne CampanilePosted Aug 21, 2011 on Hotels.com
Hotel has been refurbished and is comfortable and reasonable value. Booked a triple room with three single beds but one of these was a fold up bed. Room was very small and with the three beds we could hardly move around. We were with another family who had a room with a double bed and a single bed for same price and their room was far bigger. Felt bit unfair!

CAMPANILE NARBONNEPosted May 30, 2011 on Hotels.com
On a big industrial estate and difficult to find even with sat nav. Typical motel type. We used it as a base for 3 nights while we explored the area and it was difficult to navigate the approach roads until we got used to them. However despite its location the room was quiet. Also on the plus side the restaurant was very good and the waiting staff were excellent, the food good and a good selection of local wines.

Narbonne CampanilePosted Oct 9, 2010 on Hotels.com
Staff were generally helpful and friendly, but the following points were noted. Access from main road not well sign-posted and Campanile wasn't shown on the map at the entrance to the industrial estate where it is located. Room adequate but slightly shabby with some wear and tear. Flat batteries in TV remote replaced promptly. In-room tea/coffee had enough for four drinks but only two sachets of milk. Request for two more turned down by reception. Shower head had no mounting rail so had to be held while in use. Restaurant adequate but menu a little restricted especially starters - only choice was cold buffet.

Great place to stop between Barcelona and the South of FrancePosted Jul 21, 2009 on Hotels.com
We stayed in a couple different Campanille hotels in France and the rooms are all absolutely identical in every way, so once you've stayed in one you'll know what you're going to get. Two quick things, the beds are quite firm and the only bathroom amenity provided is soap, so bring shampoo. Otherwise, great stay.
