A very beautiful B & B with 4-star hotel prices

I agree with most other reviewers that the place is totally charming and old-wordly. The rooms are huge (we stayed in room 3) and beautifully furnished; the shower-room was also luxuriously equipped. The pool is designed in such a way that it blends naturally with the setting. A truly idyllic spot! However, to avoid my initial disappointment, it would be good to know that you are not expected to arrive before 3pm-4pm, that if you have a mobility problem, you must pre-book the only ground floor room and there is no bannister to hang on when mounting the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms; You must also be extra careful when entering or exiting the pool as the first step is extremely high (I pulled a muscle in my left leg when I attempted to hoist my self out and was not supported by the very beautiful but very wobbly wrought-iron balustrade which adorns the steps of the pool), and you must order Anne and Oliver's scrumptious salad basket (only available in July and August) or else be forced to go out to dinner in a restaurant in Narbonne, as well as for lunch, as there are no restaurant facilities either on the premises or in the very near vicinity.
