Great choice
Stayed for 2 nights, great budget hotel. Staff were super friendly and helped us with anything we asked. Breakfast was simple but filling, a very clean eating area as well. Always providing water and tea and coffee was a nice touch. Wifi was great. Location was amazing, right across from the train station.

very comfortable friendly hotel
this was a small room but as a Japanese hotel, I think standard. room was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. complementary breakfast had lots of vegetables and healthy choices. staff are very friendly and helpful. They kept my luggage after checkout without a fee. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody visit Narita.

The hotel itself was just okay. Small non-descript rooms, nothing special. Staff was nice and accommodating. We paid a small fee for late check-out. It was an easy walk to both the train station, and the wonderful Naritasan Shinsho-ji Temple.

It have a big room, and the room so far is nice, but the bathroom is a bit tiny. And the breakfast is not bad as well. It is ok to stay for a night.

I was expecting the room to be dirty but i was actually clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Close to restaurants and stores. 15-20min walk to the temple

Great hotel stay for tourists & close to shopping
Very clean hotel & very good customer service. The customer service representative English wasn't very good but we understood each other fine. The bathroom was a little small but was engineered to utilize the space efficiently. The hotel was in walking distant of all of the restaurants and shopping. We will return next time when we visit Narita.

It was a short walk to the Narita train station, with a nice little elevated sitting area in between. And of course a short ride to Narita Airport. The room was nice and clean and efficient, and the staff was nicer than at the bigger place I stayed at later.

Surprisingly good accomodation
The hotel was very clean and room was adequate size. Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was quite uncomfortable, but that was our only negative.

Narita is an airport city, so very mixed vibe, which is great. The Comfort Hotel is easy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. 5 stars from me.

Good location for night stay before early flight from Narita Intl. Airport. Hotel located approx. 2 blocks from train station. Only one stop from Intl. Terminal #2. Plenty of eating places in vicinity. Free breakfast included in night stay. Avoid the runny scrambled eggs.

Nice hotel for a short stay in Narita
Living up to their name, hotel was comfortable, and it is convenient to the Keisei Narita Station. About a 20 minute walk to Narita-san Temple. Staff is up the usual high standard of Japanese service. Firm but comfortable bed, usual small rooms found in Japan, but I've been in smaller, and breakfast was not bad. Only issue I had was my room was situated at the 'back' side of the hotel right adjacent to another building, killing my mobile reception.
