Specifically the Housekeeping Staff seems to be NOT Properly Trained. The Hotel is under renovation and that should have been mentioned before booking. The direction to Reception and Food outlet were very poorly shown on the playcards placed.

Great stay. A very comfortable stay. Good breakfast. The hotel looks a bit like a hospital. Improve on the interiors especially the corridors.

Unprofessional behaviour
Hotel policy is very reserved and coordination among them was horrible. After complete payment also they called and asked for the payment. After producing the entire evidence they said it was mistake by their side. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour.

Bad experience.
The stay wasnt that pleasant. Have got to get the room changed due to no wifi coverage and malfunctiond refrigerator. The refrigerator in the new room wasnt working too. Had to get the refrigerator changed then. The bathroom door lock was stuck too.

A 'Practical' Hotel

The cleanliness and maintainance was good ... But trust me can't expect a hotel charging 3k can't afford offering toiletries in it or can't manage to give a complimentary breakfast... Mite b Bcoz I had booked through Expedia... To b frank enough it was level of cheapness...

Hotel Ginger in Nashik
Hotel Ginger in Nashik looks like most other Gingers in India, however it doesn't have a kiosk (same dishes or rather small snacks are available via room service). Rooms are ok for India (not having European standards, but ok). Stuff spoke well English and they were very well prepared for our visit. Our name was enough to quickly process our accommodation. Around the hotel: We saw Sula wine report which is ca 7km by car and sacred river baths which are about 7km from the hotel as well. We didn't search for any shop but there was nothing close except some people selling blankets in front of the hotel.

Ginger Nasik - meets basic needs but far from city
Like all Ginger hotels, the one in Nasik meets all basic expectations of a business traveler. The check-in staff was fairly efficient and the room was clean. However, the hotel is far from the main city. Also, some signs of neglect - some of the buffet plates needed replacement as they were clearly overused. Overall, minor glitches apart, the hotel is good value for money.
