this was 2nd time staying here.. this 2nd experience was not as good as 1st time.. internet did not work, room staff did not follow cleanliness protocols, front desk staff had billing error over trifles like water..front desk needs to be more courteous to guests..

Pros: Great location. Breakfast buffet is basic but good - worth it. Good cleaning. Cons: over-priced: Price is appropriate but the room and amenities do not live upto the cost; restaurant is over-priced as well I booked online and got a lower price than what was quoted by reception. But the room i got was too small and the tea kettle was too dirty. Everything else was fine. Bottomline: you pay premium costs but get non-premium amenities.

Hotel VITS-Nashik review
Hotel room was comfortable. Th eroom service and in-house service was pathetic. There was no hot water at 4 p.m. in the evening. They kept telling that the boiler will be turned on but even after 1 hr there was no hot water. Ordered room service coffee. They dealyed by more tahn 45 minutes. They had first served tea instead of coffee and had to cahneg itto coffee. It took 30 min after that. Overall room service and in-house hotel service was pathetic. \
