Very comfortable accommocations.

Cons: Add more protein or fruit to the breakfast.
We were concerned that being close to the airport might cause problems with the noise. However, we rarely heard a plane and when we did, it was not obtrusive at all. The breakfast was a little on the "plain" side, but it was good.

Pros: Staff good. Bed good. Clean.
Cons: everything good.
Location: Good
Good. Hotel staff excellent. Only serve continental breakfast until 9:30am, but did have coffee after that time.

Horrible experience

Some friends and I wanted to get a hotel just for one night, and decided to go with the bay mount inn and suites. Little did we know, the hotel had cig burns EVERYWHERE in the room, our pillows were damp, and the blankets were stained (from who knows what). The hotel was disgusting. When we went to ask the manager at the hotel for a refund he glanced in the room (that we were in for 15 minutes) and stated we "did it ourselves" and said we couldn't have a refund at all. Very unprofessional and very very rude. Never stay here.

Old, needs updated

This hotel is one of the lowest Baymonts I've ever stayed in. It's in desperate need of updating. We chose this hotel for 3 reasons...pet friendly, price, & location. The beds were clean & comfortable, but the carpet in the room was gross & I kept my flip flops on whenever walking around in the room. We travelled with family. On our 2nd day, the toilet broke in our families room. They had to call 2x before maintenance came, total of 45 mins. Then they were told they were going to have to move rooms. Took another hour before they were moved to another room. When they finally were moved to another room, it was a room with 2 double beds instead of a king sized room they had previously had. In other words, they were downsized for something that was totally out of their control. The 1st night we checked in, the man working the desk was very nice & helpful, but the rest of the staff we dealt with the rest of our stay, was rude, short tempered, & seemed to be inconvenienced to help us or be bothered. In it's current condition & our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Pros: Price
Cons: Microwave, cleaner carpet, fridge, and a waffle machine. Nicer front desk employees.
Location: It was olay.
I've always loved staying at a Baymont Inn because they were clean and the price was always reasonable. This hotel however was very disappointing. The first night the tv stopped working. I called the front desk and she said it was due to the storm. It hadn't even began to rain yet. Well, the tv went out many times while we stayed there and it only rained that one time for about 15 minutes. The carpet was very dirty, so dirty in fact, my feet begin to turn dark. The room didn't have a microwave or fridge in it. When I called the front desk the woman who answer would always sigh before she spoke. It made me feel like I was bothering her. I ate breakfast there one day, and instead of having a waffle machine they had frozen waffles, another disappointment.

Not at all what I expected

Location: Located on a very busy street, hard to get it and out
Since I am a non smoker, I expected a non smoking room, however the room was on a smoking floor. The person would made my reservation, got this part wrong. The hotel clerk said there were no other king size beds available and offered me a smaller room with standard bed, I checked it out and found it not acceptable. It was really small and not appealing and overly priced

Nice hotel for the price

Pros: Location and price
We rented this hotel for a concert in downtown Nashville. It was about a $20 cab ride but much less than the downtown hotels. Very nice location for the airport. Will definitely stay here again.
