Basic accommodations

This hotel offered a clean bed, working T.V., excellent water pressure, and simple check-in. A few scuffs on the wall, toilet and mirrors led me to rate this hotel a little lower; additionally, noisy people walking around outside my door woke me up one night. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

Pros: Staff. Clean room. Easy check-in/out. Close to our activities. Safe place.
Cons: The breakfast left a little to be desired. Could have had scrambled eggs instead of cold hard-boiled eggs. And the gravy was weird tasting (maple?)
Location: Near the airport. Not too far from downtown.
Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was very clean. Beds weren't super soft but not super hard, and the linens were clean and not out of date like a lot of hotels that still have the polyester bedspreads. Good location. We felt safe. Good value for the money.

The Worst Hotel Ever

I'm an avid traveller- I've been to 14 countries and over half of the US. Out of everywhere I've stayed, this was the worst. The hotel is in very poor condition- rug torn up from the floor to reveal dirty grimy sub flooring, carpets dirty and worn, furniture scratched badly and in poor condition. It felt extremely dirty and uncared for. I didn't complain to staff because I booked through a travel site so I knew a refund wasn't going to happen. My partner and I couldn't sleep because the filthiness of the room made us uncomfortable. Do not chance it and stay here...it's not worth the price at all.

KMC - Nashville, TN

Pros: Convenient to downtown.
Cons: Clean or replace carpets. In fairness, the carpets were being cleaned.
Location: Location was great. Our conference was in downtown Nashville and it was about a 30 minute drive in the mornings and 20 in the evenings.
Hotel was convenient to downtown Nashville and drive was okay. My 1st room, the floor/carpet was filthy, but the staff provided me with a better room that had the carpet cleaned that day. Room had been smoked in, although it was a Non-Smoking Room. A little spray of deodorizer took care of that. Thanks housecleaning staff.

Pros: the area was quiet.
Cons: breakfast needs to be diverse for those of us who like fresh: yogurt, granola bars...
we paid 110 for the night. for the money it was just for our needs.
