A+ staff. Downtown & bus station easily walkable. Under renovation during our stay no luxury, but why pay more when you have the "essentials" we were in town to visit, hotel was just a place to sleep & have a shower... Nice complimentary breakfast! Again staff SO SO nice!!!!! Quiet area. Would definatly stay there again! Nashville was just the friendliess, cleaness, non chaotic city.

Close to downtown

We stayed here to do the color run. Loved the front desk and valet workers, so nice. The breakfast was good and close to downtown so we didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot. They were renovating so that was the only bummer but when they get done it will be great.

Curb Appeal

Pros: Rooms were very nice
Cons: Refrigerator in room
The place has been under construction for a long time. I'm sure once it's finished it will be really nice but the noise is horrible.

Great location, clean and good breakfast

Pros: Location to downtown was very good. Could walk.
Cons: right now they are under some remodeling so it's noisy during the day
Location: all the sights are there to see in Nashville downtown.
Experience was great. I, however, do not feel they have the right to make and keep a copy of my driver's license. I understand they want to see one, but do NOT feel they need to make a copy. Will not stay in a Best Western again if this continues.

DID NOT MENTION PAY TO PARK.

Posted Apr 2, 2014
It was not mentioned to pay an additional $16 for valet that had people's cars in the tightest spots I've ever seen. Luckily you could use public parking but also had to pay for that twice during your stay unless you plan on leaving before 6am!

Pay the extra somewhere else.

Pros: The staff and the comfortable beds
Cons: Everything except the staff and the comfortable beds.
Location: All of downtown.
The pictures of the site are terribly deceiving. It is very dated, and in poor condition. Their are no hallways enclosed. All doors open into an open air walkway that reminds you of seedy motels of the 50's. I was so disappointed. The decor not so updated. Very, very small rooms. that didn't smell fresh at all, and there was a small dinky lobby. The continental breakfast was in a room so small, there was not enough tables and literally you were physically touching people to move around. On a positive note and the only redeeming quality of this hotel is: The beds were marvelously comfortable. The staff was by far one of the nicest groups of people, and I am sad to rate the hotel so poorly because it is their place of employment. I would love to think they would move to a classier hotel at some point. The disclaimer here is this: They say they are under construction, but it was hard to see where. This was not revealed to me prior to my booking the hotel. I would definitely pay infinitely more for a nicer place in the future.

OK

Pros: Breakfast was pleasing. Room was clean.
Cons: Knowing only one car could be allowed to park there. There were two of us who drove 2 hours to get there and one of us had park elsewhere.
Location: 2 blocks from convention center and 4 blocks from restaurants and entertainment.
The hotel was only 2 blocks from where I was going for classes and 4 from affordable restaurants and entertainment. The outside was being worked on but not inconveniently. The room was clean but not refridgerator.

Best Western Nashville

Posted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: It's location was convenient to downtown.
It was disappointing to find the hotel was under major renovation and drilling was ongoing most of the day. The deli/market was also closed during the renovation. It might be very nice when it is done.

Hotel close to all the fun in downtown Nashville.

Pros: Everyone was very nice!
They are upgrading the hotel, so from the outside it looks pretty rough. The room was clean and had recently been redone.
