Nice Hotel close to downtown NashvillePosted Nov 19, 2014
Pros: The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others.
We had a great experience at the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They knew we were from out of town and went out of their way to help us with information about our trip.

This hotel was one of the best that I've stayed at. This hotel had a spectacular room for us, and the staff was immaculate! I am so glad that we chose brentwood suites!

Excellent place to stay in NashvillePosted Nov 9, 2014
Pros: The hotel staff was very helpful and our room was well maintained.
Cons: There were not any glaring improvements that could be made by the hotel.
Location: The hotel was not near anything we wanted to do and because there were not sidewalks, we couldn't walk anywhere.
I went to Nashville for a conference and stayed at Brentwood Suites for 4 days. The hotel is well maintained and was comfortable. Our room was near the elevator, but was very quiet. The hotel served a full breakfast every morning. It was a typical hotel breakfast, with both hot and cold offerings, and was well done. The only negative to the hotel is that there were no sidewalks for my husband to go for his daily walks. I would stay in this hotel again if I was going to Nashville.

Nice hotel not too far out of Nashville.Posted Nov 6, 2014
Good as a base for visiting surrounding areas, interstate stone's throw away; if you want to spend nights out in downtown Nashville though you'd be better off staying in the centre.

Great stay overallPosted Nov 6, 2014
Pros: Liked the high ceilings in our room and the spacious rooms. Staff was helpful, clean, nice rooms
Cons: Outlet in our bathroom didn't work (although we were able to use another one easily enough) & the juice drinks in their breakfast bar were not good
We got a suite for 6, which was nice for our family to be able to stay in one room for a fairly reasonable price.

Nice hotel accessible to city.Posted Nov 4, 2014
Pros: The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean.
Cons: The gym treadmill was not working. The breakfast was mediocre. We chose to eat out for breakfast the second morning.
Location: We were traveling to Vanderbilt and easily hopped onto the interstate and found a short commute.
Brentwood Suites was a quiet hotel with a nice size room that suited our family of 5.

The staff was immediately helpful. The room was very clean and up-to-date. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. If you're staying in Nashville, I would recommend Brentwood Suites on Church Street as a great place to stay

Cleanest hotel I've stayed in, in a while.Posted Oct 27, 2014
Cons: Breakfast buffet.
Location: It's in Brentwood, so it's a nicer neighborhood with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.
Super clean hotel. I personally saw the manager pick up a small object off the floor. Rooms and bathrooms were spotless. Jay, the desk clerk when we checked in, was one of the nicest desk clerk's I've ever met. There is a Keurig in the lobby, as well as free chocolate chip cookies, and there is a Keurig in the room, along with mini-fridge, microwave and small bar sink. I would rate the free breakfast as just okay, but there was plenty of seating even though the hotel was sold out.
