Will Stay AgainPosted Oct 29, 2013
This was my 1st time at a Candlewood Stes Hotel & I loved it! The location of this one was really low key. Its near a grocery store, Chilis, Target, & other convenient places. The room was spic & span. The room comes with coffee AND popcorn (hubby & I love popcorn so that was a bonus)! The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the Candlewood Cupboard or the fitness center but they both looked well kept and clean. Aside from the carpet being replaced at 8am in the room below us, its a really quiet hotel/area. They even have grills but it was too cold. This is a pet friendly hotel so if the thought of a dog being in the room next to you is unnerving you may want to stay somewhere else even though u couldnt tell there were dogs there. I will be staying here again for sure. :-)

Pleasant experience all around.Posted Sep 10, 2013
Cons: I was unable to get the microwave to work. I found it difficult to adjust the thermostat to an ideal temp for us of 72 degrees.
Location: Perfect location to my doctor and restaurants I liked.
The staff were genuinely nice and accomodating. The room was clean, well-equipped and nice.

Liked the large room and Brittany at the front desk tried to be helpful but there were stains and hairs on the sheets. The sofa bed was paper thin and the shower offered zero water pressure. Will not stay here again.

some what difficult to locate, especially at nightPosted Aug 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
The kitchen was clean, but the rest of the room needed a good cleaning, there was a layer of dust on all surfaces and the bathroom was in need of a complete cleaning...looked like they just wiped out the sink/tub. The front desk is closed from 11p-7a, so I could not get my room changed, reserved a standard room, but upon a late arrival found myself booked into a handicapped accessible room.

The hotel doesnt have any waiting hall / dining area. You have to pay for the breakfast and coffee. The free DVD rental facility is good. The rooms though they are recently renovated , there is no space for you luggage and the stove tops you have to set the timer and heat from the stoves is not good.

i thought it was really great. The best deal around. I love to have my own breakfast and I was thrilled to find a kitchen, stove top and full size refrigerator in the room. It felt like home!

Pros: Nice fitness center. Plenty of parking.
Location: Great location. I picked it because it is about 1/2 between Franklin and Nashville.
Overall, a good value. Everything was above average.
