“Will be back -- helpful staff, nice amenities, comfortable room”

Pleasant surprises -- attractive lobby, friendly and helpful staff, "manager's reception" (free glass of spirits and cheerful fireplace), attractive and clean room, hot breakfast w/choices of food and drinks. It will be our choice for next Nashville visit.

“A Good Value”

This hotel was rated 2 by Expedia when they asked for a review. Our experience was better than that. We had a room on the ground floor facing the pool and it was very spacious with a large desk that I could put my laptop on. The wireless connection was adequate also. We stayed here three nights and the only complain for noise is we were close to the side entrance door and we could hear people coming and going. At times it sounded as though they were in our room. However, we never experienced any party noise or noise from floors above ours. They serve a breakfast in the morning and a happy hour type hot meal in the evening, with drinks included in the evening. A nice touch for those who drink alcohol but we don't and always ate out anyway. The staff were friendly but not overly so. This is a good value for the money, in my opinion.

“Definitely worth the price”

The managers reception was not worth attending. The beer was horrible and snacks less than average. However, the atmosphere, the comfortable room, the outdoor pool, and the friendliness of other guests made my three days there very enjoyable. I dissed the location because there was not a convenience store or good restaurant within walking distance. We tried the Doubletree restaurant across the road and it sucked. Definitely would considered going back.

“Definately will stay at this hotel again”

This hotel was a surprise. It is clean and nicely decorated. The buffet breakfast was excellent. It is in a good location. Close to several of Nashville's attractions. I will definately stay there the next time we are in Nashville.

“Loved It”

We stayed here one night and loved it. This hotel is in a great location, very close to the Opry. It is well maintained; our room was very large and comfortable with a clean and spacious bathroom. It has a guest laundry facility , as well. We really liked the Happy Hour bar and hot snacks. We did not need to go out for dinner; the food was more than adequate. The AM full hot breakfast was terrific. We had no issues with Internet service. We would definitely stay here again when in the Nashville area.

“nice place”

I did not spend much time in my room, but it was fine. Roomy but not huge, pretty standard lay out with a queen bed, small couch with coffee table, desk, tv, dresser and end tables. Appeared clean. Staff was helpful, printing out directions to a downtown hotel where I was meeting someone. Nice hot breakfast buffet (included)

“The very BEST!!”

The service was great.Beautiful breakfast buffet.and the happy hour was unheard of in other hotels I've stayed in.Everyone very friendly and helpful!If we come back we WILL stay here again.

“Great deal close to Opryland”

We chose Club-Hotel while my husband attended a conference at the Opryland Hotel. It took us just ten minutes to get there each day. The bed was comfy, the room had a couch and a desk as well as a microwave and frig. The full breakfast was so nice! The main desk workers were friendly and helpful and the manager, Ted, really helped us out when we had to check out early. We would definitely stay here again!
