So much water damage on the ceiling. Bed didn’t look clean enough to lay in. Walker in and immediately felt uncomfortable.

I was stranded due to snowstorm. The hotel cancelled their airport transfer and did not offer packed breakfast since I had to leave before breakfast time. Therefore 2 star for services.

Did not have shuttle to airport as advertised. Uber was $47.11. I picked this hotel for shuttle. I was dropped off at hotel so no way to move. Very discouraging

Shuttle hours are 4am -11pm. Outside of these hours you will be responsible for your own transportation. We do apologize for this experience.

This property does not have roaches. Now bugs do travel but i would like to go on record and say we have one of the cleanest hotels in the area. Thank you for your feedback.

So i checked in and presented a diferent card at check in and the person at the desk apparently didnt save the new card i presented. After long travel and checkin in late, the front desk proceeded to call me 5 times to get me to come back down stairs to present my card again after i had already showered and was in bed. The next morning i woke up to a letter in my door that was rather short and snippy. I asked for a late checkout and they immediately said no with 0 consideration and told me they were sold out even though i can still get a room there for tonight. I also found a long hair in the towel on the second day and i was less than pleased with this hotel. I stayed at another one that was actually cheaper during this trip that was far superior.

Good stay, just don’t park your car there.
My stay in side the hotel was good. Wasn’t the best hotel I stay in but it was pretty decent for the price and they provided airport shuttle. My issue was I left my car their while I went on a trip and my car got broken in to. I have called multiple times to ask the staff if they can review the cameras but they keep telling me the general manager has to do it which it seems like they are never at work. I’m honesty starting to think one of the staff members broke in to my car.

Staff was friendly, was told I could get shuttle to airport but was informed early am and waiting of that they weren't running. Thank God another guest was headed that way and ordered Uber to share. Few things that I noticed was I had to give CC for incidentals.... Nothing I'd even consider worth $100 deposit?Coffee pot lid was broken and toilet tissue was half a roll? Good thing it was only 1 night stay and I made to my flight on time. Front desk was apologetic and working on Thanksgiving so Grateful for her and her kindness.

The entire hotel is very clean, the room we had could use a little updating but it was still clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was big and a nice addition!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. My stay was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. The most awesome thing about this place is that they have a free 24/7 self-serve coffee/tea bar which offers a variety of coffee and hot chocolate. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and the hot food stays hot. The staff is friendly and the scented aroma fills the air with an inner feeling of peace, calm and relaxation. The only issue I had was that the electrical outlet where the hair dryer was plugged into didn’t work. I notified the attendant and she made note of this issue immediately and I was given another hair dyer. Also, I would advise they install an electrical outlet near the desk to provide closer access to plug in my laptop. I had to use the outlet behind the refrigerator and microwave. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. This is a really nice place away from home.

Nice and simple
Just stayed one night. Was a good visit. Our son had a blast swimming in the pool. We had to leave early the next morning so we did not get to experience breakfast. Had no issues with this hotel that I can remember.
