Check in was great! Area is kinda off the beaten path, but felt safe. Property itself was very clean, bed was a bit hard for myself but room was great otherwise... Cracker barrel within walking distance ... would recommend this hotel as a value $ hotel with only a 15 min drive to downtown Nashville .

Few upkeep issues in the room, some paint on the wall was chipped and the door to the bathroom was cracking on the bottom. Mattress was very firm. Breakfast was NOT good, the gravy had zero flavor and was watery.

Person from the front desk came to the room at 11:15 and knocked on the door. Said “leave or pay” with a major attitude. We were actually about to walk out of the room. That was after the room directly above us sounded like they were fighting and stomping until about 4am.

The bad review started before we even arrived, as they tried to charge my debit card before we even checked in and it got flagged for fraud. Then when we got up to our room, it wasn’t clean so we had to switch rooms. We went to pull out the sofa bed and there was no mattress. It was super outdated with ripped carpet, and wallpaper was hung up by thumb tacks.

First impression are ever thing. The staff was rather distant, not rude but not very welcoming either. Even though it is an older hotel it could use some care and that would probably eliminate the slight mold smell when you walk in the door. Which could be attributed to the pool area and pool which is in desperate need of care and repair. The hotel was clean but as a whole needs to be refreshed with replacing worn furniture, shower curtains that fit the tub area, carpet etc. The room was clean however there is a need for new pillows instead of folding them into a square shape on the bed. The mattress was the most uncomfortable and very hard. The breakfast was very good but the coffee was awful. With some professional improvements and upgrades it would be a nice hotel.

Nothing is new, everything is torn or scratched, or the floor has huge gaps with dirt in it. Bathroom was “clean” and the sheets and towels were too, but nothing looked clean because it was falling apart or outdated. Paper thin walls and could not sleep a full night. I’m a heavy sleeper and I was pushed awake by a neighbor just talking and lightly strumming an acoustic guitar.

The "gym" is extremely small and was under renovation. Only 3 treadmills and an exercise machine. The breakfast was amazing.

Their light posts are in the parking lot and I backed into it as the lot is small. Damaged the bumper and rear and should be moved or removed as most of them are on the grass areas except for this one which is at the front entrance. Looks like I am not the only one who has ran into it and it should be removed it’s in a terrible spot with super small parking sports and no much room to park. People were taking up two spots and some were parking sideways cause the parking is awful.

This hotel was so dirty! What looked like semen stains on our couch, dirt in every corner of the room, carpet ripping up, rust in the tub, and smells musty. The pool was closed for unknown reasons, the front desk would never give a straight answer. We talked to some other people who did get to go to the pool and said it was disgusting. You could hear everyone else in the hotel. Someone was jumping all night long and Someone had their tv on loud until 3:30 am. The hotel maids were yelling loudly while they were cleaning in the morning. Overall a terrible hotel but it is somewhat close to the mall and a few other places we were going. We only booked because this place had good reviews. Those people must have been paid to write those reviews.

Checking in with Peach was peachy! My daughter got us a good deal and it had good reviews... we had to laugh as we proceeded, get to the room (414) and the paint is puffed up and peeling, spots on the ceiling (see pics), toilet paper in the floor in front of the toilet and a little bit of fake hair on the floor. That's enough right? Until we went to take a shower and realized the head didn't go up past waist height, oh and when we got out I realized the picture on the wall was even broke 😂. Go to the pool the next night and... we'll check out the pictures. There's weave all over the pool, along with exploded diapers and a sign that said to go to the front desk in case of emergency along with a rusted out gym that's closed for maintenance. The bed was clean and comfortable and the room didn't smell so we just wore shoes. Breakfast was okay until they ran out of syrup and milk and the girl was too busy on her phone in the back and then when asked about the syrup said, "No mas" I don't know where the other reviewers stayed or if only the 4th floor is yucky but be warned.
One of the toilet paper holders was broke so they just put the TP on the floor 😂

I had stayed at this property at least 8 nights previously and the staff were extremely nice and accomadating, when I went to check in the “Kids” running the desk yelled at me for smoking in the same outside area the previous staff had me smoking in the previous 8 nights and then refused to let me check in. Being tight on funds, I had no choice but to get in my truck and drive all night 5 hrs to my next destination.
