Not worth $200 per night.

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: Had door in the back of hotel to get in and out.
Cons: Almost everything else.
Not a $200 per night room. Air Conditioner smelled like a dead animal so whole room smelled. Gagged every time I inhaled the first night. The next two nights were not as bad but still had a lingering smell. Bed mattress needed to be flipped over as it sagged from others sleeping in the same spot. Could only see the TV if on the bed. Could not see it from sofa or desk. Refrigerator a little noisy and should have been right at foot of bed. Room very cramped because of the wall dividing part of it. Walls, ceiling and floor thin. First night elephants upstairs came in at 2:45 AM and could hear them talking and their TV until 4:30 AM. Heard every foot step they made the second night at 3 AM although they decided not to watch TV that night. I noticed our floor had some give to it too so people below us probably heard us walking around too. Breakfast area was dirty and crowded. Tables sticky. Coffee machine only had coffee, decaf or hot water. Hot water tasted like coffee since it all came out of one place. Only tea was orange pekoe and decaf. All three days we were there they had scrambled eggs and small sausage patties. They had bagels but no cream cheese.

party of 14, 3 rooms

Posted Mar 27, 2015
Pros: Clean, comfy rooms, spacious bathrooms, Pool open later than most, easy location, adequate free parking, helpful staff
Cons: sleeper sofa in 2 of our 3 rooms were un-sleepable. mattresses very thin with springs up through the mattresses padding, we needed those for sleeping
Location: easy drive to opry mills, broadway area
we were a group of moms and daughters who stayed at Comfort Suites Nashville overnight while on a girls trip. We had 3 rooms between all of us. Our rooms were clean, comfortable (minus the sleeper sofa's being un-sleepable due to mattresses being so thin that springs jutted up throughout the mattress padding. Pool stayed open later than most hotels, and the 9 girls in our group enjoyed that immensely! Breakfast was over at 9am and after traveling the day before, only 4 of our group of 14 could make it down that early. Rest enjoyed breakfast at the Cracker Barrel next door. Staff was helpful, with switching rooms, extra towels and bed linens. I would recommend staying here again, altho if counting on the sleeper sofa space for sleeping, I would bring air mattresses just in case or ask to switch rooms.

Everything was wonderful! Our room was HUGE perfect for our 2 year old to run around. Very nice and clean! The indoor was great since it was almost snowing outside!the only thing I didn't like was we were on the 3rd floor and whoever was above us pacing I heard the stomps and floor creeking all night.

Lots of problems

Posted Jan 2, 2015
Pros: Not a whole lot, honestly.
Cons: Just about everything.
Location: We left just to go down the street to Country Kitchen, instead of eating there.
Where should I start? The couch had all of the springs broke out, so the hideabed touched the floor at your feet. There were dried blood stains on the underside of it. The replacement rolling hideabed was as hard as a rock. There were no blankets for it. The other two queen beds were oddly elevated. My wife and I were actually worried that if one of the kids rolled out of bed, they would get hurt. They were a good 10 inched higher than other beds. No clue why. The resolution on the TV was low, because the TV was cheap. Channels came in snowy. The bed alarm received average reception. Honestly could not wait to get out of that hotel.
