Not worth the price

The good: *staff were friendly *the free breakfast was better than what most hotels offer The bad: *refrigerator in the room wasn't working so I informed the front desk. They sent someone who said it had started working. In the morning our drinks were hot because the refrigerator had never started working. *there was mold or mildew on the ceiling near the window. It looked like they had unsuccessfully tried to paint over it. *there was no ice machine or vending machine on our floor *the a/c unit was very loud. While none of the bad things were really terrible I could have probably booked a hotel for $50 less per night and received the same experience. Simply put, this hotel is not worth this price.

Convenient to Interstates/airport

Pros: The breakfast area was nice, bright and clean. It was well stocked with food choices. Clean TV remote control.
Cons: Staff attitude. The morning check-out desk clerk was equally disinterested with helping guests. Clean the carpets, fix furniture, lights too dim.
Location: Close to interstates/airport. Drive to downtown area - easy access to interstates. Many restaurant chains nearby.
At check-in the front desk staff seemed disinterested and was preoccupied with her personal cellphone. When we got to our room, the door was open and there were soiled towels still in the bathroom. We reported this to the same front desk staff and she brushed it off. We asked to be moved to a different room. She did give us a new room but with "attitude". The new room had many carpet stains and the handles on the credenza doors to the fridge/microwave were broken off.

Do Not Stay Here

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Get new management.
Had a 3 night stay here. Would have checked out but we were locked in by using Expedia Unpublished rates. Very very dirty room. Yuk. Asked for a different room the next day. That was clean but key would not work randomly which I told them about among other issues. Staff Not friendly. Parking spaces so cramped hard not to get doored. Not at all what we expected from Country Inn. Would Never stay at another one although I'm sure most are good. Just would not take another chance. Enough other hotels I can choose and know I will have a good stay.

issues with cleanliness

Pros: The front desk staff were great. The one front desk clerk was extremely helpful and pleasant when planning our excursions.
Cons: Cleaning of the rooms would make all the difference
Location: restaurants and shopping close by. Easy access to highways to local attractions and to airport.
first room had a dirty bathroom and had a pair of dirty socks on the chair. Moved to another room but when you see how the first room was cleaned then you cant really trust the next one. Never able to get quite comfortable after that. Bathtub was very grungy and even though i am sure it had been cleaned you just did not want to use it

Disappointing stay

Pros: Convenient to the airport. Staff was helpful to mention that it might be wise to take a taxi to the fireworks rather than drive.
We did not have hot water for our showers in the morning and when we checked out and mentioned to the front desk they said that they had problems that they were fixing, but if I had turned to cold and waited a while it would have warmed up. It would have been helpful if someone had mentioned that when we checked in or a note in the room as we both took cold showers. When we went to breakfast there was very little food left and did not appear to be any hurry to replenish it. I have stayed at other Country Inn & Suites and was always pleased, so this was disappointing.

Very disappointing

Bathroom poorly cleaned, numerous black stains on carpet, bathtub faucet loose and coming out of wall, bathroom door hit toilet when opened, bathroom sink drained slowly, heavy dust in all corners and baseboards of room.

Poor service.!!!

Cons: Management!
Location: Close to the airport.
Upon entering the room we were greeted with a damp musty odor. The bathroom was very small and there was no ventilation.The room was very humid even with the a/c continually on. I complained to the front desk and they sent a maintenance man to replace the filter on the a/c but this didn't fix the smell and humidity. When I asked to be moved to another room the manager said it was not their policy.( even though there were other rooms available.) I have stayed in hotels all over the world and have never had this problem in any hotel previously. I was very surprised at the managers handling of the situation. I will never stay in this hotel chain again.

Currently Undergoing Much Needed Renovation

6/15/14: First floor room next to construction area. Room smelled foul. Carpet was dirty and distressed. AC unit couldn't keep room cool and was unreasonably loud. No decor in room. Shower was haphazardly installed and would spray onto floor of bathroom; unit was handheld, but when fixed to wall mount would be obstructed by shower curtain. Hotel personnel were untrained. Makeshift check-in desk provided little privacy or guest security; I was able to witness the codes and procedures for issuing room cards. Overpriced for such poor accommodations. Hopefully renovations will result in a more comfortable atmosphere and a better experience. Hold off for a bit. Review is exceedingly telling considering I had just left Bonnaroo, a four day music festival.

Shower was weak could not get wet enough to soap down, there were no vending machines in the hotel, the breakfast area was dirty from the previous morning breakfast, would not recommend this place for anyone.
