There was what seemed like electrical wires in many places coming out of ceiling & into boxes sitting on the ground. Both concerning and not what you would expect to see on a $200 a night hotel stay

Not happy that they will only clean/ make beds every 2nd or third day. I don’t leave my bed at home unmade and I will not make the bed in a hotel room at $235 per night.
Just a great stay. Beautiful and clean property, very friendly staff. Great location, dining and breakfast options very close. Safe. Highly recommend if looking for location close to Main Street, vinyard, lepiers fork.
Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Courtyard by Marriott really needs free breakfast and 24/7 coffee in lobby. Probably will stay at other high end hotels with these amenities in the future.

The room was clean and comfortable. I do not need to have the air conditioning turned down to the 60's when I walk into it! Don't remember if it was 64 or 66, but it was too darn cold and that is totally unnecessary!

It was a good location. Restaurant and juice place are close to this location. Although the pool and hot tub needed cleaned, it was a good overall stay.

The only problem with this stay is that you don't offer any sort of coffee or anything for breakfast unless you pay an arm and a leg for it. You are the only hotel that I know of that doesn't. For this I would never stay at this place again. For the price that I paid for a night here of over $200 you can't even offer your guests a free cup of coffee which would cost you $1.00? That's horrible.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Rooms clean nice view from balcony. Beds pillows and sheets clean and comfortable Highly recommend. Courteous and professional staff. Loved the pool and hot tub. Good area for dining and shopping. We would Definitely stay again.

i booked a room thru expedia that said it was pet friendly. turns out they were not. was not able to get a refund so i had to eat that money and book a room with the sister hotel, the Residence Inn. never again will i go thru expedia and will tell everyone i can to never go thru expedia. i want my money back

Courtyard - Not as good as it used to be be
It was ok. Seems like Courtyard is slipping a bit. Room was stale, shower curtain noticeably dirty, room
