Bugs in our first room when we asked for a new room they weren't going to give us one because we dirtied our first room by entering once I told him that we didn’t touch anything in the room he said we can have a new one so they obviously weren’t anticipating cleaning the room after we entered

The rooms are small nothing compared to the pictures on the site...they are not updated...if you are traveling for business and have to stay over one night but if it requires morethan one night wouldn't recommend it.

We were not allowed to use stairs near room due to being painted so had to park at back of building. Staff knocked at door 2 times before 10 am for us to move car for parking lot refinishing. 2nd knock was after we moved vehicle. I go to check out and recheck in for 2nd part of reservation to extend our stay and was told they already checked me in but when we left and came back they had locked us out of our room. I have to go back again to front desk and they said they could not find our reservation. I had to show him the reservation no. even though they had already charged my card

If you are looking for luxury, this is not your hotel. If you are looking for a comfortable bed with a room that’s fairly clean and you can overlook some flaws. You will be comfortable here. This is an older hotel, but it has been painted with new flooring and you can tell some updating has been done.

No excuse whatsoever for filth. None! The floor was so filthy, our sneakers were sticking to the floor. Bedding was stained. Door was extremely hard to open because it sticks. Great staff
The hotel was what we expected as we were only staying overnight and it was booked last minute. The activity at night was very sketchy but kudos to hotel management for handling a situation beyond their control with professionalism. The biggest con for us was the cigarette smoke smell even though we were in a non smoking room. The hotel staff was super courteous and attentive so that makes the stay for us a success! I can tell they are actively working to upgrade a lot of the cosmetic issues and I’m sure it will be great. We would definitely stay again for a quick overnight stay while traveling.
