Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. My wife and I were traveling to Nashville for a Tennessee Titans football game we decided to come down on Saturday and stay the night, just like I've done a dozen times before. I started to look at hotels online using expedia, I found the pictures of "this hotel" on your site and it showed a brand new or close hotel by the pictures. Going by what I saw on your website I chose this days Inn and booked and paid for our stay. We arrived and we're less than pleased before even entering, checked in, went to our room....The front door didn't even shut, it was old, dirty, and completely run down:nothing like the picture on expedia.com. I talked to hotel employee and got them to give us a different "non smoking room", we went there opened the door to another gross dirty room with cigarette burns on blankets and stains everywhere on the matteess, again nothing like the website shows. So I called your customer service to see what could be done. I was told if I got a refund it would take 14 days to be reimbursed. So here I am 5 hours from home stuck on a nasty, stained, run down hotel which is nothing like what you depicted on your website. I have never written any company to complain about service but this was absolutely ridiculous. I will not be using expedia anymore ever again.

Hard Bed and Disgusting Carpet!

Posted Oct 6, 2014
Location: You are farily far from downtown but taking a "Lyft" ride cost less than $10!
The carpet was so stained that I was worried to step on it without shoes and/or socks! Hotel is extremely close to 65S and you can here the semis all night long. Hotel is run down but the most disappointing thing of all was the shape the mattress and pillows were in! Mattress was extremely hard and the pillows were so stained I couldn't even use them!

No Thank You

Posted Sep 21, 2014
I would not recommend this hotel to any one, especially a female staying by herself. It's not in a good part of town. The carpet was disgusting, the mattresses were about 4 inches thick, shower wasn't clean. Thank goodness it was only for one night.

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: EVERYTHING
Location: Right off highway very noisy/ nothing near by
To start most of the parking lot was roped off. There were only a few spaces avalible. Staff was nowhere to found most of the time. Room was old and dinchy and not very clean. All and all once again Days Inn should be ashamed to have thier name on this building

The most awful, horrible hotel I have ever been in

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Zilch
Cons: Everything
Booking online is hard to do when you cannot really see where the hotel actually is in that particular part of the city - whats directly around it and so on. When we arrived I was concerned immediately. We went in to the front desk and I was immediately grossed out. The person at the desk was very unhelpful and had an untidy appearance - gave me the creeps. He gave us our room key and my husband and I went inside the room. I was afraid to move an inch for fear that I catch a disease just from being there. We left and booked a room at the Holiday Inn instead, which was fantastic. Days In West Trinity Lane was despicable, deplorable, disgusting...do not stay here.
