Tub was super slow to drain. Beds were too small. Room was clean. Safe neighborhood. Starbucks a plus!

Pros: The friendliness of the staff and the helpfulness of everyone there.
Cons: N/A
Location: We were close to everything...
When I got my final bill it was different than what Expedia had quoted me...I was expecting the front desk to fight with me about it...but the man at the front desk explained what had happened and corrected the problem right away. I would definately come back to this hotel. We were very pleased.

Nice hotel

Posted Aug 17, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Air conditioning in room seemed to be regulated making for a night so great sleep.
Location: Broadway...the home of country music.
Nice hotel and close to downtown. Couple of questionable blocks at night when walking to the main drag. One bonus is the shuttle that will pick you up at the other Hilton property.

Good Hotel not too far from main attractions

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Not terribly far from some of the attractions and a shuttle that would pick up and drop off up to 10 blocks from the hotel.
Cons: Wifi connections & customer service follow up.When you tell a customer you'll get back to them, get back to them.Even if it's not the answer they want.
Location: Walk to live music on Broadway and shuttles to get you close to Country Music attractions-Ryman, Music Hall of Fame
The hotel was supposedly on 'alert' because of the ASEA convention hitting town that week and while the staff was friendly and said the right things, follow through wasn't what it should have been. We were surprised at check in to get a free upgrade to one of the corner rooms that are triangular in shape with window down both sides. Great light and feel to the room but unfortunately we could only connect the the free wifi if you stood with your device pressed against the door to the room. Since some of the tours and attractions book online it made that impossible to do in the comfort of our room. We called about it twice, one time they sent an 'engineer' up-he looked at his hand held device and said "yup, the signal isn't good, I'll have to call ATT" then got a call on his walkie to fix a curtain rod and left. Never resolved by the time we checked out...So if you have a choice definitely ask for an inside room regardless of the upgrade.

Close to most everything

Posted Aug 8, 2014
Pros: location
Cons: relaying the shuttle times
Location: food, entertainment, museums, lots of things to do and see.
Nice hotel. I'd stay here again. The cookies were delicious. I thought the bed was too soft. Made it hard to get out of. Had an issue with the valet. My husband and I were offered the shuttle for a ride downtown. They will come back and pick us up!!! Great!! Only they didn't tell us the service is only available until 11:00pm. So at 11:45 pm we were either walking or taking a cab. Took the shuttle a second time and waited to see if they would tell us the cut off time, they didn't. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.

Ideal for Honky Tonkin

Posted Jul 31, 2014
Pros: Convenient location to Downtown Nashville.
Cons: Shuttle service could be extended to take guests to Music Valley and Opryland hotel area which some non driving guests could take advantage of.
Location: Ideal for all Honky Tonks, Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena, Rymen Auditorium, Tennessee State Museum, Hop on off Trolley Tour.
This hotel is perfect for anyone who wants to be close enough to all the night life of Nashville without hearing the noise through the night. A 5-10 minute walk gets you to Broadway for all the Honky Tonks. Safe enough to walk home at 2am providing you styick to the main streets. Staff very helpfull. The free cookie on registering is a very good idea . Concierge will help you book all the trips you wish . There are staff to help you with your cars if you are driving around Nashville.Bathrooms large enough on its own. 24 hour access to shop for food drink and medicines if neccessary.

Housekeeping

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Housekeeping only came 1 time over the 4 days we were there and we never had enough towels. Also, the drain was always clogged in the shower and the sink so we each had to wait for it to drain before the next person got in which was an inconvenience... I'm sure that was just a plumbing issue but it was never addressed. Overall, I would still come back to stay at this hotel.
