“Disqusting Hotel”
We had to be moved from our first room because the bed had been made but the sheets had not been changed. There was crusty stuff all over them when we pulled back the bedspread. In the second room, the bathroom sink was filthy, the dresser drawers were broken and the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke (suposedly this was the non-smoking section). Oh, yeah..the alarm clock was also broken. In the morning, breakfast was supposed to be served between 6-9:30am. At 9:10am, the lady said we couldn't make a waffle because she needed to unplug the waffle maker in order to have time for it to cool so she could clean it; thus no free hot waffle for breakfast until 9:30 as advertised. In the morning at check-out when I brought the issues to the attention of the desk clerk, the only response I received was, "I will pass this on to management". A sincere apology would have been appreciated but I got nothing! The total experience at this motel was one of the worst we have had! Would not recommend this hotel!
