Towels are small and very thin, pillows are flat, had to ask how to make the shower work, lotion dispenser didn't work, shower head pipe moved, volume didn't work on remote, flimsy chain on door, dirty floor.

Be sure to keep in mind that this is an economy class motel, so don't expect luxury. The area around the hotel has numerous fast food options. The neighborhoods between the hotel and downtown are a little dicey.

For the price, the stay was okay. The entire premises could use a major update/upgrade. Outlets are loose, bedding is worn and stained, interior walls, doors and furniture need upkeep and replacement. There was a maintenence need in the bathroom during my stay and staff were quick in handling this and moving me to a new room immediately. All staff I interacted with were extremely kind and welcoming.

The bathroom had a flood occurring every time the sink or the shower were running. I were only staying for the one night, and was not warned. On the following morning, the hot water in my room no longer functioned. It took about an hour and 30 minutes to get one of the showers working in one of the other rooms

Our trip overall was great... our time at the hotel was mostly for rest overnight! The shower curtains were dilapidated and let water onto the floor! The beds were old and very stiff! Employees were helpful,quick and efficient!

Safe place to stay on a budget!!
The hotel itself is older but the owner/manager is very hands on keeping the place safe and clean. We had 1 loud person for 1 night but once I called the front desk, the owner shut them down, quickly!! I was amazed how quickly the manager came to silence the situation. Amazing for this day and age. Great place to stay on a budget!! I am a traveler that normally carries my own bug spray but this place must spray ALL the time because I didn’t see 1 creepy crawler, which was wonderful. Now the towels and pillows ( I travel with my own pillow )could use an update but otherwise it was a very decent stay. Safe and bug free!!

Check-in was very difficult. Room was not clean. Linens and washcloths were not clean. The rooms were very cold and the heat did not provide very much comfort. There was only one blanket so that was not sufficient and they were only two very well flattened and worn pillows for a large bed. Very uncomfortable the whole night.

The were roaches every where there wasn't no hot water. When I went to tell them to move me to another room they said I didn't have any rooms. The sent an exterminator at 9:00 pm. I went back up to the front desk and asked a refund they only gave me back 30.00

Pulled up to people drinking tequila and beer out of the back of their tailgate. Told us to make sure we locked our cars because people were breaking into them. We were catcalled and felt like there was no sense of security or awareness by staff (one person was working the night window and has no direct view of the parking lot or any of the rooms). Outside access so anyone in the parking lot can see what room you go to n Definitely not a place that I felt safe as a woman. The janitor that was working when we checked out was very friendly and sweet. That’s about the only redeeming part of our stay.

Some updates have been done, vinyl plank flooring, new toilet, shower and the parking lot wasn’t littered with trash. Overall, it still looks like a a cheap motel with linens in such bad condition-I have cleaning rags that look better and are thicker. If you are a large person, good luck getting into the little room with the toilet and being able to close the door. Hint: TP is behind the door! WiFi never worked, no water not enough to take a shower and lukewarm from sink faucet. This part of Nashville had declined dramatically. 3 other motels located nearby which did not pop up when I was searching this website. Only Fast Food restaurants nearby.

Avoid this hotel unless you're desperate
Absolutely awful. Only got 2 towels for 2 adults and they were tiny. We were told we had to exchange the towels for more but they weren't supposed to do that. Our stay was Friday thru Sunday, they woke us up (housekeeping) at 1000 Saturday morning. Noisy area. Sunday morning, the people in the room next to us got into a fight, there was yelling, door slamming, and the floor was shaking (we were on the second floor). All in all, it was awful and I won't be back.
