“Beautiful hotel and wonderful stay.”
This is a beautiful hotel. We have nothing negative to say about our stay there. We highly recommend it for its beauty, comfort, cleanliness and location.
“It was "OK"”
The window was broken, and could not be locked. The wall paper was peeling. The room was dark. The food was good, the room service was prompt and very tasty. The front desk service was excellent! The conference rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The wait staff was excellent.

“Charges for Internet. Not what I would consider a higher end hotel.”
I used to love to stay at Embassy Suites cause the morning breakfasts were great. Well, they are still ok but were sure very minimal here. Old pancakes and very greasy sausages. The maid to order omlette was still ok. My big issue with Embassy Suites is they charge you for internet. Most higher end hotels include this now. I travel with a family and have 2 rooms most of the time. We spent $230 in their restaurant for dinner, and then I get back and find they want to charge me $10 for wireless internet. They didnt advertise it was not included in the cost. The manager didnt really care and said thats the policy. So my policy is to not go there anymore and go to hotels that have internet included and use the money I save to go out and buy a good breakfast on my own.
“Gorgeous place and pet friendly!”
We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was beautiful, the room was spacious and clean, and they were pet-friendly, very important to us as pet owners who travel. We will definitely stay again!

This was a nice place to stay just outside of Nashville. Very easy to get to downtown Nashville without the hassles.
