Convenient location to airport

Staff was super nice friendly and helpful. Clean and affordable. Nothing fancy at all but served the purpose. We needed a place close to airport for one night. The Rolling Stones were in town so all hotels jacked up the rates...this hotel did not. Perfect for what we needed.

Filth

I had gone to Tennessee to see the Rolling Stones with my two daughters and I just needed a room to let us sleep for a few hours. The woman at the desk was fully aware that I had two teenagers with me and that they had to sleep in the room. There were no sheets, towels or pillows. With this, the bathroom was filthy. sheets When we got back to the room after the concert, there were still no sheets, towels or pillows and the bathroom was still filthy! When we unfolded the sofa bed the mattress was stained. It was truly gross. My two teenagers slept in the queen size bed and I stayed awake due to the filth. With this, we did not get any pillows, blankets or anything else till about 3 am. Unacceptable. The staff was kind for the majority, but the rooms did not reflect the kindness AT ALL.

Never Again!

The toilet was still dirty. We had our 2 year old son with us and his feet got dirty if he was barefoot. Wouldn't let him be after the first night. Smelled terrible and they put us right by the exit door by the trash. It was so loud everytime someone entered and exited I hardly slept.

Bugs and No Comfort Gross

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The service, the rooms being clean, being more attentive to guest needs.
Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience here. The room smelled like smoke, no one came in to make the bed or pick up the room any night during my stay. I was bitten by something while I was sleeping and I told the front desk about it and they did nothing. I ended up asking for extra sheets thinking that would help and it did not. Would never stay at another one of these hotels because of this experience.

We provide housekeeping services to guests staying eight or more nights; however, these services are always available upon request for an additional fee. In response to your feedback, I will be taking all necessary steps to ensure these cleanliness issues are not repeated as well as coaching our staff to ensure that guest needs are responded to in a timely manner. Do stay here it's horrible!!

Well the place is filthy dirty and sticks like cigarettes, the staff is very sarcastic and gladly tell you that it cost $300.00 cash to let your pets stay, the place is DIRTY, this is NOT a pet friendly hotel, no place for the pets to go potty, garbage is stacked up in the hallways and stairways, you have to check-out any cook equipment you might need, the toilet was not bolted to the floor and the neighborhood is low income to crime is very high!!!! I do NOT recommend staying at this hotel!!! Parking is horrible!!!

Very nice easy to get to everything

We stayed two nights the staff was very good ,room was clean ,bed was very comfortable all together we enjoyed our stay

It was peaceful the front desk staff was courteous and very helpful. If I needed a suite again I have would come back to this hotel.

It was a shell to stay in

We had to ask for everything. It had a full kitchenette but there was not a single plate dish or fork in the room, pull out bed no sheets or blankets. Need an extra towel you would think we were asking for a million bucks. Had an ironing board no iron. Had a breakfast but ran out of everything before closing time. I was embaressed that i made the reservations for this hotel for mu two groups of travellers

This is an extended stay hotel. There appeared to be another hotel with the same name a couple buildings away, not sure how to tell which is the correct one. The building is older, there are not elevators, they only clean your room upon checkout because it is for extended stays. Internet was just okay, not fast but it was something. The breakfast is some fruit and breakfast bars for the most part. For the price I didn't expect much more.

Room was not that clean. Food and bits of stuff on the counter. Cheapest fixtures and mattress. Could not find a trash can. Reminded me more of a weekly rate apartment someone was living in. It was an extended stay. Should have paid about $60.
