The actual hotel looks nothing like the pictures on the website. The first room we got had never been cleaned and my husband had to go back to the lobby and try and get another room. Of course we had to drag back down our luggage and then back up two flights of stairs for the second room. I paid extra for a non smoking room and the second room they gave us smelled like foul cigarettes. Several of the lights didn't work, no ice available. We were told if we filled up the ice cube trays they would freeze fast!?! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Fortunately the bad experience was only for one night.

Pros: The staff............ front desk
Cons: Currently , they in the process of painting which would freshen the place up and brighten the rooms.
The staff was very professional and helpful. The staff made the stay above average.

Nice enough for an overnight stay

We arrived very late, went to bed and left early. Breakfast could be much better, not very good.

for the price it was ok

Pros: TV was fine and Shower had lots of water flow and pressure.
it was allot like a motel 6 with more , fridge, micro, sink, etc,,

Convenient location for our needs

Pros: Location
Cons: An ice machine would be nice and the "extras" listed above.
Location: This location was perfect for all that we did. We were no more than 20-25 minutes from Franklin, the Airport, Opryland, shopping, etc.
There was peeling paint in the bathroom and the toilet didn't work at first. The fridge and cabinets weren't in the best of shape but were adequate for our needs. There were no "extras" in the room . . . no tissues, no extra rolls of toilet paper, no wash cloths, no paper towels or kitchen towels, no shampoo or conditioner. There was only one ice cube tray in the freezer and we never found an ice machine. I'm not sure if this is how "extended stay" hotels usually provide for their guests, but we were expecting a little more. On the up side, the beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect for us.

If you advertise non smoking then make it a non smoking room. Clean room it was not. Sorry

Good price for good location.

The room was clean and maintained, but in need of a remodeling. For the price, it was great. It is just off I-65 in Brentwood. If you have to take a Pearson Vue test for a state license, it is only a mile and a half from the testing center.

There's just no pleasing some people.

I was nervous about this one because of the ratings on this site. There's just no pleasing some people, it seems, because I really liked the place. Check in was extremely smooth and quick and the room was ample, clean and comfortable. I was very pleased.
