Staff was great. Property was in good cleanliness but needed remodeling. Pool was not open and the next door Courtyard pool was available for use. This was not convenient.

It was convenient to our workshop venue. The price was right. It was clean. The breakfast was good. The pool, however was closed for maintenance. Our children were disappointed.

Broken pool, wasted money.
Rent here so my son could swim, spent considerably more than a place without an indoor pool and the pool was broken, no heating, they did say the part was coming in the next day. Very disappointed. Room and people were good.

The link from my reservation to allow me to remote check in did not work( error message). All the pasty reservations I have had ended in me needing to call the facilities directly. There is a gap between confirmation number and hotel web site.

Great Stay!
We were there for the Taylor Swift Concert. They let us check in a few minutes early. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed. Beds we’re comfortable and the towels were large and soft.

Old needs remodeling and better service
When we checked him, we were first told someone had checked in… I asked, did you card them the desk person called the room and no answer because that must be a mistake???? at any rate, then checked us in never did check out ID so service was poor. The hotel is old. The rooms are not great. Beds are horrible.
