This is a wonderful option for those driving to travel through BNA Nashville airport. The staff was wonderful we were able to leave our car at the hotel and the shuttle picked us up from the airport even though we only stayed one night. I was impressed

I did not like anything about the property because I did not stay there. When I arrived they told me that they did not have a reservation for me. I was unable to check in.

The staff were great and professional and the room itself was very clean and comfortable. The only reason im giving it a 1 star is the day after check in on the way to breakfast is when i discovered you could open my room door without a card. I did it a couple of times to make sure it wasn't a fluke but both times it opened by simply turning the handle. I brought it to the attention of the lady at the front desk who was very nice and followed me back up to witness it for herself and promptly got maintenance involved. The one star also comes from an apparent similar review from another guest. I might as well have just slept with the door open.I figured since rated as a 3 star hotel the basic assurance of room saftey for the customers would factor in.
Close to the airport, free shuttle service,clean nice suite. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, shower waterpower was fantastic. Will definitely use again.
Check in could have been better. So could the person who answered the phone when I called in to see if my room was ready. (I was supposed to receive a text message telling me if it was... It was 3:30 and I hadn't. I didn't get it until a half hour after I showed and checked in.) They kept putting me on hold and transferring me to the main phone line for reservations who couldn't tell if my room was ready.
When I checked Into the hotel the young guy at the counter was unprofessional didn't greet me and didn't explain why he was taking my debit card to charge me an extra 50$ for some unexplained reason. Iron in our room was messed up and cldnt get another til the next day.
The blinking light on the fire alarm is annoying. The handicap room advertised a sofa sleeper couch but none provided. When addressed at desk all they could say was sorry.
I liked the TV Information Menu welcoming me to the hotel.
The hotel was very clean and located close to the airport.
What didn’t like was the flashing smoke detector light in the room. (Hard to sleep)
This experience was awful, it is dark, dingy, very outdated, they screwed up my reservation, charged over $200 for the first night and completely neglected to secure my second night, even though I was very clear about when my flight was leaving, and I need to stay at the hotel for two consecutive nights.
They changed my room because I was a third party. Than when I got the new room. They gave me a mattress with a huge stain.Staff said there is nothing we can do you are third party . I got upset and told them I speak with the manager. They finally gave me a new mattress. I don’t appreciate that I had to get upset in order for them to find a new mattress. I always knew this brand of hotels to have high standards which shocked me with the way I was treated because I didn’t book directly.
We stayed for a concerts. Things were quiet and the room was clean. Bed slept well!

Decent hotel. Staff were extremely nice, pleasant and helpful. Coffee was good, breakfast was just ok. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room had some issues with loose fixtures in the bathroom. Room was spacious. Liked the window shade privacy options. Room was expensive a bit for the type of room but was probably due to events in nashville that weekend.
