“Great hotel for anyone!”

If ever in Franklin I would definitely stay at the Marriott

“Holiday stop over”

Forth of July celebrations into late evening on a Sunday with work on a Monday. Long commutes ment a very short sleep so we decided to stay somewhere close to work and save three hours plus of travel time. The hotel was awesome and breakfast was too. It was a most enjoyable stay and worth every penny. I will plan on using this hotel again next time too

“Well worth the money”

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The rooms were very clean and the beds were really comfortable. The surrounding area was clean and we felt very safe to do our morning workout by running on the sidewalk adjacent to the hotel on the boulevard. The surrounding area also had alot of restaurants and the mall was close by.

“5 star at a 2 star price”

This is the third time I have stayed at the cool springs Marriott hotel. As always the hotel was fantastic and the staff was attentive.

Very well kept Hotel, room was very comfortable, breakfast was great. Nice quiet location.

“FIVE STARS but”

Everything was five stars, and I mean everything. Service, breakfast room, patio, pool. The only negative is I asked them to print directions to the Bluebird cafe as I couldnt and those directions were funky monkey: Otherwise as I said FIVE STARS check your directions before you leave the hotel. enjoy mick

“Met all expectations”

The finest Thanksgiving buffet I've ever enjoyed. I would give it a 100% satisfaction rating. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous.

room service was great, kids could swim when ever. Food was excellent.

The accommodations were excellent, the service was friendly and the breakfast buffet at Lorraine's was delicious.
