Relâche Spa, the Gaylord's 27,000-square-foot on-site spa and fitness center, offers guests myriad ways to relax and rejuvenate. Set amidst the hotel's gardens, the European-inspired spa has an indoor/outdoor pool and 12 private treatment rooms (including a double therapy treatment room for couples).
The spa menu offers the usual amenities (massage, facials, body therapies, salon and men's services, for example), but it also expands on them: items such as the executive golf pedicure, mother-to-be-massage, sunless tanning, and children's menu—featuring a princess up-do, teen manicure/pedicures, and a "wiggle worm haircut"—illustrate how this spa goes beyond the expected.
The fitness center component has more than 30 separate stations for cardio, circuit, and weight training; personal training, body composition analysis, and wellness and fitness classes are all available as well.
Restaurants at this Nashville hotel feature steak, Italian, seafood, sushi, buffet, and more; liquid refreshment choices include a Jack Daniel's saloon, Irish pub, and revolving atrium lounge. Shops are scattered throughout the complex and offer everything from Godiva chocolate to flower arrangements to country music.
Business travelers can take advantage of a staffed Ikon business center, while the more leisurely inclined can enjoy floating through the indoor Delta gardens on a flatboat, splashing in two outdoor pools, or watching DJs in action at the on-site radio station.
Other amenities include a 24-hour concierge, 24-hour room service, airport shuttle (surcharge), live entertainment, and wedding planning.

“take a ton of money!”
The overall hotel is nice. But the rooms are those of a cruise ship. They will also charge you for anything they can, and I mean anything. The food is great but 101$ for lunch? Come on. Will not be going back to this hotel!
“lovely hotel and grounds”
The most beautiful hotel I've ever been too..wish they had a better souvenier shop but it was wonderful..a family dining area would've been nice too...
“Slow maid service”
With the size of the hotel, the control of the maid service has to be tough to control but not having our room made up from the night before until after 5 in the afternoon and a call had to be made to get it done then. Another observation is finding a place to sit within any of the atriums and relax to be waited on to have an adult beverage. Everything opened just before dinner services. Everything else was excellent.
“Review of Gaylord Orpyland Hotel”
The Gaylord is truly an experience all unto itself! You don't have to leave the hotel to find good dining and entertainment options. My only wish was if we could have gotten a room upgrade to a balcony room overlooking the atrium and cascade waterfalls. It does take a while to find your way around since it is such a huge hotel, The concierge was nowhere to be found, but all staff members were knowledgeable about the area and could make recommendations. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would go again!
“Wonderful visit. Wanted to stay longer.”
I had a wonderful stay. My room was the greatest. The Christmas decorations were awesome. The food at the restaurant (Cascades) was delicious to perfection. The service was impeccable. I can't wait for another visit.
“beautiful”
had a wonderful two days on anniversity, christmas was beautiful!
“Nice hotel but a bit pricey”
Opryland hotel was very nice. Lots to do all wrapped up in one location. Prices were a bit high though. Fun to visit;however, not a good choice for a family on a budget.
“Opryland hotel”
I had specifically reserved a king bed room and was given a room with two double beds...not what I was expecting and was a bit shocked Opryland really didn't care to make good on it.
“WOW”
Cost $$ but well worth a trip!!
“best hotel ever!!”
The hotel was fantastic, but we already knew that
