Nice hotel

Posted May 2, 2015
It is a beautiful hotel. Everything is almost perfect except the room. Bed was not comfortable at all. The bed fram was makin lots of noise every time you moved. For the money that you are paying the parking and boat rid should be included. They charge you for everything.

An impressive location for our honeymoon

Posted Apr 29, 2015
Pros: The hotel is like something from Vegas! It is huge and just stunning!
Cons: The 24 hour cafe is busy so loses the personal touch that the rest of the hotel has. Staff here are rushed but it is still a good service.
Location: Whilst it may not be in downtown the shuttle service is convenient to all you need to do in nasheville.
The hotel is huge and the gardens are beautiful. The lady on reception was amazing and showed personal interest in our stay. The hotel provided all we wanted for our honeymoon: romance, fun, lots to do and easy access to nasheville and all that it offers.

nice respite from city life

Posted Apr 27, 2015
Location: Located outside Nashville, cab needed to go downtown, not much to do at the hotel, there is a golf course and a spa, not much else.
Public spaces were beautiful, a lot of walking but all areas were lovely and lots of benches in between. Room were spacious and very clean, very bare bones, bathroom amenities were lacking.

We enjoyed the different atriums

Posted Apr 27, 2015
We loved exploring the hotel! We took the shuttle to the next door opry mills mall and explored there! It was a great experience. Our room was comfortable, but next time we'll spring for an atrium view room! It was so beautiful on the inside! What a lovely hotel! It was a great mini vacation!

Very Nice and relaxing.

Posted Apr 26, 2015
Pros: Clean, Nice garden like walk ways. The room was very clean and I was able to work at the desk. The Free WiFi was good enough to do work.
Cons: The Bathroom was small even for one person. You need to get real Vermont Maple Syrup and not fake, your too special of a place not to.
Location: I had a conference downtown and the bus provided by Hotel was very good and would recommend it.
I say my stay was very good. Long walk to get to Bus for my group going to Robin Robins Boot Camp. Did not even see signs for bus and when it was going and coming. The resort was so nice I want to come back and spend vacation. The staff was so helpful and very nice.

Dissappointment!!

Posted Apr 25, 2015
Hotel might be good if you are there for a convention or business where someone else is paying the bill. Long check in lines, room not available until later. Looked fort a restaurant to have lunch and the only ones open were booked and wait time was 45min plus. After a long walk we found a coffee stand that sold pre made salads and sandwiches at premium prices. Finally got the room after walking all the way back to the main lobby and then to the back of the hotel to the room. Room was not even as nice as Holiday Inn Express rooms we recently stayed in. Found a pair of eye lashes on the bath counter. Opened the patio door and found a large support pillar blocking a third of our supposed garden view which had been turned into a banquet setting for 120 people. Very, very, dissapointing considering the cost of the room and all the add ons ie; resort fee, parking, and convention tax added to everything. Went to dinner in the mexican restaurant and the server was possibly the worst I have experienced. All in all this experience was the absolute worst in our 7000 mile trip. Beware!!!
