“First time business traveler to Nashville”

I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you need to stay at a hotel near the airport (only 3 minutes from the airport). The hotel has a shuttle service which is very convenient for business travelers, like myself. The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was very accomodating.

This was a very nice place to stay in Nashville that is close to everything. The only complaint I had was the charge on my debit card for $50 that was done the day we arrived. I am assuming this is for incidentals and will come off but it is still there today a full 24 hours plus after we checked out.

“Very nice hotel”

I stayed in this hotel for the Country Music Marathon weekend. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was very helpful. It's relatively close to downtown and there is an easy way to get there using back roads if you want to avoid the highway traffic. My only complaint was that the pillows were too soft for me but other than that, everything was great!

“Great Customer Service”

I didn't spend much time at the hotel, but it was a good experience. The fellow that checked me in was particularly amiable and helpful. The hotel has a top notch customer service person in this man. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, a good value for the money. The continental breakfast looked good, though I didn't partake since I had breakfast arrangements elsewhere. The bed was extremely comfortable, which is obviously important. I needed some special assistance in protecting some valuables, and the front desk folks were particularly helpful in that regard, respecting my privacy and explaining the security of the safe. The luggage dollies were in a convenient location near the elevator.
