Great hotel for our stay

Posted Jul 22, 2015
We loved the convenience of the shuttle. He took us right to Broadway and 5th. We called for a pick up and he was there in 10 mins like he said. The pool was great. With fluffy towels and lounge chairs. The breakfast was the same as at all Hamptons, which is good since I'm traveling with three kids. The only drawback was the very loud guests at 2:30-3:30 in morning in the hallways. I wish that the could put families on one floor and party goers on another. (In a perfect world).

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the breakfast and shuttle service! The only negative thing was the tight parking spaces.

Great Spot!! HIGHLY recommend!!

Posted Jul 8, 2015
Pros: Location, location, location! Close to downtown, walking distance to Music Row, restaurants, and various nightlife. Hotel hospitality was AWESOME!
Cons: Our bed was VERY comfortable, but mattress on sofa bed was a bit thin. 7 year old didn't complain, but don't think I could've slept very comfortably.
Location: Two streets down from Music Row, tons of restaurants and clubs/bars within walking distance.
Booked for two nights over the 4th of July and what an experience. Room was spacious for a king and pull out sofa. Bathroom separate and very clean. Could fit two people getting ready easily. After walking close by to grab a bite to eat, family of 3 were able to return, snuggle on the couch, and enjoy a movie streamed from our laptop on the hook up on the TV. Perfect way to start our vacation. Bed was so comfy we didn't want to get out, but had to make breakfast. And what a treat!! We ate both mornings we were there and left very satisfied with a nice selection of pastries, huge waffles, mini boxed cereals, eggs, potatoes, sausage, juice, fresh fruit. Yum!! Food was refilled quickly and breakfast staff was on hand to greet, welcome and check if everything was going well throughout meal. Very friendly, loved the "southern hospitality" feel of it all. Took shuttle downtown (maybe a 5 minute drive depending on traffic) and was very pleased at speed and courtesy when called. Even night of the 4th, with the traffic and closed roads due to downtown celebration, they made sure everyone got back to hotel even "after hours" of normal shuttle availability. Pool was in back and didn't get to enjoy, but it looked very inviting. Will try and catch next time because we will be returning!!

Well situated.

The shuttle bus staff were lovely and the front desk staff were nice but, We had to ask for towels four times and were assured of a rollaway bed on the second night of our stay. But on enquring about the bed they did not have one. The fan in the bathroom in our room did not work.

Great hotel & staff

Posted Jun 13, 2015
Pros: The room & pool were nice. The staff was friendly & accommodating. Parking was free & a free shuttle available to go downtown.
Cons: Too much noise outside the hotel at nearby bar...
Location: Shuttles available to downtown, close to lots of fun place.
The hotel accommodations and staff were wonderful! (The night life noise until after 12am was not so nice...)

Problem with Fridge, Air Conditioning

Posted Jun 2, 2015
Pros: Its location, close to Vanderbilt University and the event venue for which we were in town
Cons: Room refrigerator, air conditioning unit, more parking
Location: Vanderbilt University, parks, country music, multiple entertainment options
I chose the location to be close to an event we were attending. I needed a small room fridge for my daughter who is a nursing mother: she needed to be able to count on refrigeration to store breast milk. The refrigerator did not cool, which we did not discover until midnight, after we returned to the room from a performance. The air conditioning unit leaked, soaking the carpet around it. The room was very cold: when I attempted to achieve a warmer temp, a burning smell ensued. It was after midnight, so I did not call the desk. We just left the thermostat alone, hoping that the unit would be ok. The beds and the bathroom were fine, but the room refrigerator and the air conditioning unit were not.

Great location in Nashville

Posted Jun 1, 2015
The hotel staff here was always friendly and very helpful. The hotel is located on the west end and is halfway between downtown Nashville and a great mall. It's also close to some great restaurants. The shuttle service anywhere in a 2 mile radius was a great bonus. They were doing construction and painting on the exterior of the building, so parking was limited when we were there. Parking spaces are a little tight. We would go back again!
