Staff and hotel were great; loud at night thought.
Posted Jan 3, 2013
Pros: Love the remodeling of the rooms! Very classic!
Cons: Loud/Drunk patrons at 2am.
Location: Location is great; close to downtown and festivities! Hotel is updated and staff are very nice!
Staff was great and rooms were clean. The clientele was a little rowdy- both nights dealt with loud, drunk patrons around 2-3am yelling and slamming doors. Aside from that, it was a great location and hotel.

Good location, great parking,

Cons: Cleanliness of bathroom
We chose the hotel for its location and easy in and out parking. Room was basic and comfortable, although it could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom. Would stay there again.

Great Hotel. Very convenient to Vanderbilt.

We stayed at the Hampton for my son's Vanderbilt Graduation. The rooms were great. Queen beds that are very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was very accommodating for a late checkout.

Nice hotel a short distance from live music
Posted Jan 11, 2013
Pros: Very comfortable beds, clean, nice staff
Cons: They could have better lighting in the rooms, especially near the desk area. Bigger closets would be nice.
Location: Live music, good food
I went to a conference in town and wanted to stay closer to the entertainment in town than where the conference was located.

Very Nice
Posted Jan 6, 2013
Pros: The hotel was close to the downtown area and has a complementary shuttle service to the downtown area between 4-11 pm. Craig was a great driver!
Cons: Our toilet wouldn't flush our second night and when we called the desk they didn'thave anyone available to fix it.
Location: The downtown area was a lot of fun. We did the hop on trolley tour that was very informative!
Our overall experience was very good. We would recommend.

Nice Hotel; they gouged us on the Price though
Posted Jan 4, 2013
Pros: Location, breakfast.
Cons: Don't price gouge.
Location: Close to the downtown entertainment area, and all the restaurants!
Nice, clean, comfortable. They way over charged due to the Music City Marathon. For the price we paid we should have spent just a little more & stayed at a true luxury hotel. Shuttle was convenient, but the shuttle drive failed to tell me when I called for pick up & there where people in front of us, that he was getting off soon - for the night! We waited an hour, called him back with no answer. Called the front desk & was told the driver was gone for the night...did I mention it was a huge rain storm, cabs were running 2 hrs? The guy at the desk, sensing my frustration said, "what do want me to do?" Ahhh, nothing my man...but his indifference will let me look elsewhere for a place to stay next time in Nashville! To clarify, the rest of the staff was great!

Nice hotel in the heart of Nashville
Posted Jan 4, 2013
Location: The location was good. Marathon Music Works is less than 1.5 miles away; there are concerts there. The Grand Ole Opry is only a 20 minute drive.
The hotel rooms were really nice and cozy. The hotel lobby was really nice and had coffee for guests at any time. I love the breakfast!! This was one of the best breakfasts i have had from a hotel. I was very pleased with my stay and will always pick this hotel when visitinng Nashville!
