We stayed for two nights for a girls’ weekend. It was a great location. It was close enough to the action without being too loud at night. The breakfast was good and served until 11. We would stay again if we come back to Nashville!

We enjoyed our stay. The provided breakfast offered a lot of variety. I felt $45 per day parking fee was a bit much. The hotel was very convenient walking distance to many of the downtown/Broadway attractions. I wouldn't hesitate staying there in the future.

Upon arrival the front desk did not give us all the info about the hotel or a map, we later got that when asking questions. The food staff wouldn’t fill up our water when we first asked because they said the front desk will give you water bottles, so we asked and the front desk said one water per person per stay, we had a 3 night stay. After that the food staff was helpful with water. The water pressure kept dropping every shower and would sometimes go off completely! That’s annoying. But breakfast was really good everyday and the hotel location is amazing.

Good value hotel, the location is good as it is walkable to all the places you’d want to visit. Friendly and helpful staff and a bonus for us was that breakfast was included in the rate so all good.

Lets start with check-in, the latest check-in time I have ever known, but then the front desk lady seriously made us stand there and wait till check-in time on the dot, second lady came and sped up the process. She tried to explain that it is because Nashville is busy, I am sorry I have been to MANY major cities, that is terrible of an excuse. Again, the second lady who came after actually apologized for the inconvience which I was thankful for. The water pressure of the sink and the shower was rediculous, the explanation for that was because we were on the 5th floor, when I say we really did not take a proper shower for 3 days, it was terrible. The terrible parking situation, poor valet hustled hard to get cards in and out but that parking loop situation is awful.

I wouldn’t say it was dirty but the room needed a deep clean. Around the sink and shower fixtures look as though they haven’t been attended to for quite some time. There were chunks of shower plastic missing. Not what I have experienced in higher end Hilton Hampton Inns.

Overall a solud hotel. Room could have been cleaner but wasn't awful. Was mainly the bathroom that needed a bit of attention. Convenient location was a bonus. Pleased with our stay.

Great hotel that’s across the street from the country music hall of fame; and only a two block walk from the Music City Strip on Broadway. My only complaint was that the bathroom faucet was super slow. But I would stay there again

Jina at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Very accommodating and friendly. The whole staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. They had a full buffet with lots of variety and different options. Great great hotel and I highly recommend it!
