Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville/Franklin (Cool Springs)

Very Nice hôtel, good location. Vert friendly &helpful staff.

Good overall stay. The bedroom area was clean and the bed was comfy. Big screen tv swiveled which is nice for viewing on the couch. The breakfast was not bad though it was a little crowded at 7:30am on Saturday morning. I had to stand to eat. The sound coming from I think the room upstairs when the toilet was flushed could have been quieter. Small amount of mold on the caulking around one corner of the tub. Ample parking. Fairly close to the interstate. The staff was friendly but seemed a bit disorganized. A little pricey for what you get but this is my second stay here and wouldn't have a problem with staying here again.

We arrived later at night and the ease of check in helped after spring break traffic nightmares! Great job!

The hotel is close enough to the highway to make it convenient, but far enough so that we didn't hear highway noise. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast had a lot of choices, hot and cold, and the food was very good. Internet access in my room was so convenient. The front desk people were friendly, helpful and professional. The maid knocked on the door to see if we needed any towels, shampoo, etc. She came back a minute later with everything we needed plus a little extra. I would happily stay at this hotel again, and recommend it to everyone.

The Hotel was absolutely amazing from the Host to the cleanliness of the room. Everything was presented in a professional upscale way.

Staff was very professional and courteous.

Josh at the front desk was incredible. He was super friendly and very helpful. He made our stay the best it could possibly be. The breakfast was good and the staff kept it clean and restocked. King suite was awesome and roomy and very clean. Hotel is within walking distance of the mall and a few restaurants. Only downside is the sofabed which was basically 'springs and a cover'. Josh helped us make it more comfy by giving us blankets to soften the springs. But, most sofabeds are uncomfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel - clean, friendly and efficient. Well done!
