Very late arrival.

Cons: Need to instal a door chime or add a bell to the desk.
Location: Hotel is very close to the mall.
I had to call the hotel from inside because the clerk had stepped away from the desk. I know it was about 1:00am, but I stood inside several minutes and even went to the restroom and still no clerk. I decided to call the hotel. The phone rang about 10-12 times before he ever came, from down the hall. He was very nice, but it was very late and I was ready to get in my room. (I had a guarantee late arrival and there were other keys awaiting to be pick up next to mine.) I was suppressed there was no chime on the door to let him know I had entered the hotel. Breakfast was great. The area was clean and well stocked. Everyone was very nice.

Pros: The breakfast was good. Several carts available to use.
Cons: Customer service -rooms were not ready as promised, nothing was offered to accommodate us while waiting 75 minutes in the lobby, staring at each other
Location: About 10-15 minutes from downtown Franklin, restaurant located next to it was good.
We reserved 2 double rooms for 2 nights. I called ahead to ask a question and was also told about 1pm that our rooms were not ready, but by the time we arrived about 4pm they should be "or there would be something very wrong". We arrived about 4:05pm, and they were not ready. We had to wait in the lobby for well over an hour, and when we went in them, one of the rooms had a constantly running toilet. We immediately reported it, and had to again the next day (maintenance never came while we were out for dinner and then until about 10pm). The toilet was not fixed until we left, and the noise was bothersome the nights we were there. The towels seemed pretty worn and did not have the same quality we have had at many other Hampton's either. Disappointing stay for the relatives in the "loud" room, for sure.

Lovely hotel, convenient drive to Nashville

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here on our visit to Nashville. The staff were very friendly and accommodating on check-in and out. The price was better than hotels in the city and the commute was relatively quick (about 12 minutes?). The hotel room had everything you would need (except a safe) and the hotel is located near a strip mall that probably has anything else you may have forgotten. Our room was clean and very comfortable. It was generally quiet and I only heard one excessively loud family in the hall once. The complimentary breakfast spread was also quite good.

Great hotel!

Pros: Location
Cons: I felt like the price for the hotel was a bit high. We stay in Hamptons all over the USA.
Location: Was close to our grandkids ballgames at the park, restaurants and shopping
Location so convenient to shopping. Our grandkids spent the night with us and there was still enough room. Indoor pool was a big hit with them. Close to movie theater.

Overall a good stay. Room cleaning was marginal at best. Staff did not arrive to clean the room until around 4:30 PM.

Would stay again, some down sides

The room was large and comfortable and I liked that it had a full kitchen. Bed too soft. Also seemed to run out of several breakfast items Sunday morning. Overall, would stay again.
