Modern hotel right near the all entertainmemt.

Posted Dec 6, 2014
Pros: Clean, modern, close to everything.
Cons: Being able to repair the cable on the tv.
Location: Broadway street, Country music hall of fame, Ryman theater, Convention center, Bridgestone arena, all in walking distance.
Had a nice time. Everything was in walking distants from the Hilton. Clean hotel, nice service, very modern looking lobby and rooms, friendly service. The only problem was the TV by the bed. It wasn't working properly. Kept scrambling up like the cable wasn't hooked up correctly. We contacted the front desk a few times. They sent a repair man who couldn't fix it either. I know we weren't there to watch tv, but to watch it while laying in bed, right before falling asleep is not an usual thing for most people, especially during a vacation.

The staff were so friendly and really helpfull. Our room was clean and comfortable with amazing views. Nothing was to much trouble for the Hilton staff we would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The hotel is right next to Broadway, perfect!

Beautiful hotel

Posted Nov 24, 2014
Pros: Beautiful rooms that made you feel like you are staying in a condo, not a hotel room. Beds were very comfortable. Two huge flat screen TVs.
Cons: There are no "snack" facilities in the hotel, so a quick "to-go" sandwich, fruit, midnight snacks aren't available for pick up.
Location: A short walk from Broadway, the Bridgestone Arena, the Ryman Auditorium, etc.. In the heart of all the action.
I was in town for a trade show and booked last minute. I quickly chose the Hilton from a list of hotels with rooms still available because the name was recognizable. When I entered the room I was shocked with how beautiful, new, and modern the room was.

Excellent Hotel, great location!

Posted Nov 21, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: the elevator stopped working for a short period while we were there - nothing really the staff could do. But it was repaired and working quickly!
Location: Location was excellent to the LP Field, Grand Ole Opry and Broadway, where there is plenty to do and see
Had a lovely experience at the hotel. Staff very friendly, comfy beds, valet staff EXCELLENT!

Blocks away from Everything.......

Posted Nov 19, 2014
We stayed at the Hilton Downtown Nashville between November 14th and 18th and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were across the street at the Bridgestone Arena watching the Nashville Predators hosting our hometown Winnipeg Jets, we were at the Country Music Hall of Fame across the other street, we spent 3 days and nights visiting the Honky Tonk Row on Broadway directly behind the hotel and walked 2 blocks and across the bridge to LP Field for a Monday Night Football game too! The only transportation we needed was a tour we took and cab rides to and from the airport. We stayed in the king bed deluxe suite with park view and looked out onto the Country Music walk of fame and towards the Country Music Hall of Fame and the brand new Convention Centre. That room gave us access to the Executive Lounge which had a very good Continental Breakfast every morning until 10 am, appetizers every evening between 5-7 pm and free snacks and drinks (non alcoholic) throughout the day. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. A nice bonus was free coffee every morning and juice or iced tea every evening on every floor by the elevators.
