“Awesome hotel staff”

The hotel front desk was exceptional from checking to check out. We were accommodated on every request. I would recommend that some minor maintenance on the interior of the room ( carpet threads loosely exposed). Bedroom lamp shades had been broken and would not stay straight. Grouting repair in tub area. This hotel has a very outdoor indoor feel. Wonderful relaxing time was experienced. Thank you.

My kids and I went for a "get-away" for the weekend. They absolutely loved it! They are even asking to come again. The room was so nice and neat. I thought it was a great price for such a classy place. The ambience of the hotel was very calming and serene. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Has everything you need!”

Very nice hotel. I never stayed in a Hilton before this, and now I don't want to stay in anything else! It was only about a 10 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Staff was very friendly. The room was big as well as the bathroom- wow! I also like the fact that each room had its own thermostat rather than that noisy window unit. I would stay here again and have already recommended it to friends. They had a billiards room, indoor pool, bar and restaurant, atm, gift shop and office room. Room service was available as early, I believe, as 7am and late as 11pm with a wide variety to choose from. Very, very nice!

“Key card snafu”

There was a recurring problem getting our key cards to open the doors (both rooms). Trekking back down to the desk was quite annoying especially when it became a third and fourth time. I have no idea why this happens, but it shouldn't happen.

This hotel was very clean, close to downtown Nashville and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Awesome rooms, nice staff, beds comfy. The rooms and entire building were extremely clean.

“Great hotel for family”

Wonderful hotel with great amenities, the pool was wonderful the whole family . We had an excellent stay! The only issue we had was that we would have liked a pillow top mattress.
