“Great Value and Really nice staff”

I've stayed there several times for business and the staff is always so nice. Sure could the carpet be a little updated, but I really enjoy a staff who cared about whether I had everything that I needed. This was really refreshing. Great value!

“Very Comfortable!”

I was very pleased with the room and bed. The location was not bad, although hard to see from the interstate. I would stay there again.

“Roomy and guiet”

Roomy,guiet, decent breakfast, and in easy walking distance of a variety of restaraunts and a mall. The spa/ pool was closed. Situated right beside the interstate but did not hear the traffic noise. ROOMY.

“Comfort Inn: Comfortable”

My stay at the Comfort Inn in Brentwood was comfortable, stress free and simple. If you're looking for a no frills place to stay but with a name you're familiar with, the Comfort Inn is a good choice. It was reasonably priced, and is proximity to the highway made it convenient to get back downtown to Nashville. And it's located next to a Waffle House. :)

“Brentwood HIX Stay”

The location is not particularly appealing. A railroad track very close to the building is somewhat of a distraction.

“Haliday Inn Hoax”

We will return to Nashville many times in the future, however, the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites, Brentwood North will not will not be on our itinerary for the following reasons: 1. Had to ask for linens 2. Breakfast buffet lack of fruit 3. Only one TV Chanel the entire stay (the desk personnel came to our room when called once and changed batteries), desk personnel told us no one was there to work on TV on other occasions...we were told remote needed batteries.) 4. Beds extremely uncomfortable (experienced by all occupants) One occupant slept in chair. 5. Space for fridge and microwave, but no microwave or fridge. 6. Both bed headboards had greasy markings of previous occupants possibly leaning heads against headboards! 7. No lotion in the bath available. 8. Could not hang robe on back of bath door. Hook had been removed leaving sharp protrusions on the door. 9. Hotel was fully booked and we could not get another room. 10. Totally different address (city, state, house no. and zip code placed on my billing.)

“Not very nice”

The motel was under construction, which was not disclosed in advance, and they had no where to put us but right next to the noisy machinery being used. The suite had a poor layout which resulted in one room being very hot and the other very cold. Also, the furniture looked like heavily used rental stuff.

“Don't let the name fool you”

Comfort Inn & Suites? Suites, yes. Comfort, no! The layout of the room was nice. Very dimly lit room. Shower only. Cheap, cheap furniture that is uncomfortable. Room was hot and muggy upon arrival. Floors are dirty with stains and debris. There was no toilet paper upon arrival. We will never stay at this hotel again. We will be cautious about staying at any other "Comfort" hotel.

“Not the best hotel at the time.”

The hotel was under renovation. The front desk was understaffed and one of the front desk women was rude to my wife. One positive note, after a problem with our room, they did upgrade us to a suite, but the carpet was in bad shape and the bathroom was not as squeaky clean as you would think. The room also smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.
