Perfect hotel for bachelorette partyPosted Sep 18, 2014
Cons: I prefer the noon checkout time over 11am, but really that is the only "improvement" I could think of.
Location: The hotel is situated closest to the Donelson area of Nashville, but is only a 10 minute drive away from Downtown and Midtown.
This hotel is quirky in a great way. The bride-to-be gushed about all the unique feature the hotel offered, from the light fixtures, the art, and the fun fuzzy animal print in the elevator. We had appetizers around 3:30pm in the hotel bar and the food was very good. The server was fun and friendly as well. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location isn't far from downtown at all and from our 9th floor room you could see the skyline of the downtown area. Check out was easy and hassle-free.

Easy to get to...Posted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: The King-sized bed was awesome!
Cons: Would have been nice to have had a frig.
I must admit that when I first saw the hotel from the highway, I got a little nervous...looked a bit outdated, but that changed as we entered the lobby and were greeted by friendly and efficient staff. The room was nice and clean...and the bed was very comfortable. We did spend a little time in the lounge listening to live music and was very entertained. The only thing I noticed that needed to be addressed was the shower fixtures.

Chose Hotel for its convenient location.Posted Sep 12, 2014
Pros: Restaurant Location Cleanliness
Cons: Phase out those mattresses Check out Wifi problem , (if any)
Location: Can' say. not a sightseeing visit.
My wife and I chose Hotel Preston since it was close to a medical facility we were to visit. Two things made it a disappointment. 1) After checking in on 10 sept 2014 I attempted to engage Wifi on my "tablet". I received username/password from the front desk , followed instructions, but could not connect. I went down to the front desk and no one there could get it connected either ( nor did they seem particularly interested ). We needed to access maps for several Nashville locations but had to rely on verbal directions. 2) Later that night we found one mattress extremely firm and the other hard and lumpy. It was a long unrestful night. We do travel a lot, and thought that the mattresses were of poor quality. Too bad, since the hotel is beautiful and convenient. How're ever we would make different choice on our return visits. Thank you , R M

Will stay againPosted Sep 11, 2014
Huge room and great price. Close to downtown area. Water pressure is top notch. Too many times have I been in a hotel shower that drips. Only issue was that the mattress was kind of stiff but it wasn't horrible. Will stay again for sure.

Nice, clean hotel close to the airport.Posted Sep 5, 2014
We chose Hotel Preston because it was cheaper than most of the other hotels in the Nashville Airport area. We had stayed there before and we knew it would be clean and quiet. Check-in was prompt and uneventful. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated that you had to use your room key in order to use the elevator. We didn't use any of the amenities, as we were just spending the night because we had an early flight the next day. All in all, it is a great room that was a much better value than the chain hotels in the area.

nice that the hotel was close to the airportPosted Sep 4, 2014
Our experience was good, the hotel wasn't far from the airport, was close to down town and the grand ole opry. The staff was very helpful. It was great to have one of the front desk fellows recommend a good pizza place that delivers.

Airport hotel no shuttle down town and bad carpetPosted Aug 25, 2014
I was shocked to find no shuttle downtown where live music and museums are all located. Taxi's never showed up. Dark brown interior should have went away after the 70's and the carpet in the lounge was threadbare. Yuck.

Affordable, comfortable, and pleasantPosted Aug 24, 2014
Pros: Easy access, pleasant staff and overall convenience.
