Housekeeping harassmentPosted Feb 25, 2015
I cannot say that all staff was terrible, the ladies at the front desk were very friendly. However, my huband became ill the morning we were checking out. Check out time is 11 am. Around 10 am the housekeeping people began hovering outside of our room. When I left the room to run to the store to get my husband some medicine they asked me if I was checking out now. I replied that I would be checking out at 11 which was check out time because my husband was ill. The two people then glared at me and watched me pull out of the parking lot. When I returned they had their cart parked right outside of our door an were perched over the railing watching me. When I got in the room to give him medicine they began trying to look in the window. At this time it was 1030 am. We ended up leaving the room around 1045 eve though my husband was vomiting due to the fact that we felt we were being harassed. I went to the front desk and explained what was happening and the lady said that she would address it with the 2 people and she was very apologetic. The actions of housekeeping was completely unacceptable. We will never return to this motel.

Great price. Very comfortablePosted Feb 16, 2015
Pros: Great price easy access. Friendly staff
Cons: The outside could use a little fresh paint
Location: Location is on the north west side of town. Easy 10 minute drive to Nashville
The outside could be updated but the inside was nice with a very comfortable room. Room had fresh paint and comfortable beds. The room was very clean. I would recommend this

Clean HotelPosted Feb 10, 2015
Pros: clean, was able to smoke in the room
Location: Off the interstate but most of the noise was blocked out. We spent most of the week-end at Opry Mills. If you go try the rainforest cafe
The room was cheaper than a lot of places. It was cleaner than most of the hotels you spend 100.00 per night. We were there for 2 nights. The only problem we had was when we got back to our room Saturday the room key wouldn't open the door. Went to the office and they gave me another key.

Not in a very good area of the cityPosted Feb 8, 2015
Since I wasn't going to be there very long, I didn't care about the surrounding area too much. However, this hotel is in a very depressed area of the city and there weren't a lot of choices for food (mainly fast-food places) that were close. The room was adequate, although showing its age. The faucet on the tub needed some fiddling before it would let any water out -- needs to be replaced/upgraded? The staff was accommodating and non-judgmental (in that they didn't imply I was an idiot about the tub faucet).

College VisitPosted Jan 26, 2015
My overall stay was good. The room was ok and clean but the curtains on the window and shower need to be changed. The window curtains did not close entirely and the shower curtain was filthy at the bottom. The receptionist at 11am sunday morning never took the time to look up from her cell phone to greet me or say good bye when I checked out.

Room was clean. Breakfast was sad. 2 kinds of cereal & apple juice is NOT a continental breakfast.

Pros: Bed was comfortable and room facilities were OK.
Cons: The breakfast was disappointing and can be improved a lot. A shower cabinet would have been preferred to a bathe. Internet speed was not very strong n
Location: Location was quite off the downtown area and not the best to get to with the city's poor public transportation network.
Hotel facilities were average, but I was disappointed by the poor breakfast, absence of a shower cabinet (instead a bathe), not too fast internet connection and difficulty in getting to the hotel by public transportation.

Comfortable hotel for one night stayPosted Jan 8, 2015
Pros: Clean and quiet. Provides to go coffee.
The room was clean and the shower was great with lots of water flowing. The bed was comfortable. It is a good place to stay if you have to catch an early morning flight at Nashville airport. Good price.

OkPosted Dec 9, 2014
For the price I got the room for just a night it was all right. But if I had to pay regular Price for the room no way. The door was broken you had lift the handle up to get it open. The shower knob Keep coming off. And the water was just warm.
