Would not stay here again

Posted Mar 24, 2015
I was disappointed partly because Expedia's description of the hotel did not match what we found in reality. The location of the hotel was disappointing and the condition of the room was not great. The bedroom was fine, but the bathroom and tub area was not clean. It looked like there may have been mold growing in the shower. The breakfast was very disappointing with cold cereal, juice and coffee being our only options. The worst part of our experience, however, involved the staff as we were coming and as we were leaving. The front desk attendant who checked us in was rather kurt, unfriendly and impatient. At the end of our stay we were checking out well ahead of checkout time, but still we had two maids waiting outside our door the whole time we were loading the vehicle and getting ready to leave. It made me feel rushed and very uncomfortable. The second we left they both entered our room. I have never had that experiece before so it really stands out.

Pros: Nothing

If there would of been any other place to stay under $400 per night, we would of left.

Loud club next door, drug paraphernalia in crack of chair, shower was barley warm and due to bad curtain water leaked on floor. Staff was nice is the only plus.

Pros: price
Cons: WiFi
Location: not far from downtown so that was good. not sure what else was near by.
Hotel was a 2 star and that's what it is. Rooms were clean. Staff was nice. Wasn't much to the breakfast. Location wasn't bad. Price was right.

Nash HoJo downtown

Posted Mar 22, 2015
Hotel was average for cleanliness. Our room definitely showed its age. We got anything but a good nights sleep due to the fellow tenants next door. Around midnight I had to call the front desk to complain. They were a little better after that. Continental breakfast was ok. I complained to front desk about the noise. She didn't even say sorry once. A real joke. Avoid this place.

Iffy at best

Posted Mar 9, 2015
Pros: Close enough to downtown. Has an elevator, a big plus for us. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was good.
Cons: No coffee or microwave in the room. Breakfast in the lobby is horrible.
Location: Located next to a VERY LOUD lounge. Bikes revving engines all night on Saturday night. Won't stay there on a weekend again!
Last minute trip to catch the Opry. At 2.8 we were not expecting a lot. We were right!

Nashville getaway

Posted Mar 9, 2015
Pros: Close to downtown area.
Cons: Water heater, service, and willing to help customer.
The front staff was foreign and hard to deal with. They had our reservations all messed up when we got there. Our TV speakers were blown out, so hard to hear the TV. Went to front desk to complain, they replied that we probably didn't know how to work it. Never had hot water all weekend for showers. Building is located at a busy intersection, traffic noise didn't allow us to sleep in much. We reserved 3 non-smoking rooms with king beds. They put two rooms near one another on 1st floor, and the other room was on 3rd floor???
