“Friendliest staff of any place we have ever stayed!!!”
We loved The Hutton. Clean, Fresh, Comfortable rooms..... Great staff,... Very convenient location... Understated CLASS... Front Desk, Valets, Concierges, Housekeepers ALL friendly, professional, wonderful. The Hutton is now THE place we will stay whenever we return to Nashville.
“Nashvilles best”
great location, 1.5 miles or less from everything, state of the art rooms, free shuttle service, amazing price, top notch staff, the list goes on! Already planning a spring trip back to the Hutton Hotel!
“Great location and room”
Stayed here on an anniversary weekend. The room and property were great. It's only a $6 cab ride to downtown. The only con was parking ($20 to $25 per night). Would defiantly recommend, just factor parking cost in your decision.
“Nashville's Premier Botique Hotel”
Let me start off by saying this is the first time I have stayed in Nashville or anywhere in the South for that matter. Staying at this hotel helped mold an amazing impression of the South. The hotel is botique and upscale without all the snoodiness. Lobby is modern but elegant and the staff are very friendly, young, and hip. The check in area is very personal with a bank like desk area to sit down and check in one on one. The rooms are what I would expect for this quality. It could have had a few more amenities like a larger closet (for long stays), better lighting, electronic shades, etc. Nonetheless the room was beatiful and excellent. The restaraunt/room service is from 1808 grille, an modern american cuisine which is amazingly good, albeit a bit pricey. Staff are comendable. At one point I ordered room service that wasn't delivered for 85 minutes after ordering and I was given a run around by the room service attendant about where my food was. I brought this up with the front desk manager and he resolved the issue with an acceptable outcome. Overall, this is an excellent hotel I would recommend hands down to anyone traveling to the area with excellent staff, an amazing area, and amenities such as a hotel car/driver to take you downtown. Would definitely stay here again when I return!
“Excellent hotel in Nashville”
The Hutton was a very pleasant surprise. I was staying in Nashville for business and needed to be downtown by the convention center and near the bars / restaurants in that area. Everything was booked near the convention center, but the Hutton was only a short $5 tax cab ride from anywhere I needed to go. Parking was a little expensive at $25 per day, but other than that I have no complaints and would highly recommend the Hutton. The restaurant 1808 was fantastic, the bar was lively, and the room itself was modern and clean with one of the coolest looking hotel showers I've ever used.
“Excellent choice”
I stayed at the Hutton Hotel b/c of a business conference. I found the team there very customer service focused, the room very nice and comfortable, and my overall stay an excellent one. Strongly recommend the Hutton Hotel to anyone who wants a great experience.
“Incredible Stay in Nashville”
I may not have experienced the entirety of this hotel, it's accommodations, or a stay at any length as I am just a year out of college with a great many expenses to take into consideration, but from what I did experience the Hutton even surpassed my expectations for a four-star hotel. I saw only two slightly negative reviews, one addressing paper-thin walls and one claiming that the shower water never even got warm, much less hot. I didn't not experience either of these adversities. We enjoyed a quiet evening and the shower water almost scalded when first turned on, but was easy to adjust and become more than comfortable. Extremely comfortable beds and robes. The view from our room window was really pretty nice too. The staff was courteous and helpful. I really like trying new things/places, but I would definitely stay at the Hutton again and again! Nothing but the best!
“The Hutton Nashville”
Amazing hotel. Amazing customer service. Rooms are a bit small but overall fantastic.
“Fantastic Nashville Hotel”
We stayed here previously about one year ago and were very excited to stay here again. The Hutton is one ofmy favorite hotels. Unfortunately, It didn't live up to my expectations from the last visit. Our room had a smaller and less impressive bathrooom. I could see the beginnings of wear and tear on the rooms. We were disappointed when we returned to our room the first day at the end of the day and it had not been cleaned. Housekeeping cleaned it while we were gone that evening. As usual, the staff was very friendly. The food at the restaurant was excellent. I still love the aesthetic and location of the hotel. It seemed that we were situated in the noisy hallway. The first morning, there was a caucaphony of slamming doors for at least one hour, starting at 9:00am til at least 10am. We were next to some noisy guests who came home late several nights and argued. We didn not have a noise issue on our first visit, though. I would definitely stay here again. I think that my disappoint lies in the fact that it was such a fantastic visit on our first trip and there were no issues.
“THE place to stay in Nashville”
Extraordinary service. Sophisticated clientelle. Car service to within 3 miles. Evening wine reception. Superlative staff. I could go on...The Hutton makes me feel at home in Nashville.
