We had a wonderful anniversary weekend at the Hutton. Loved the décor of the lobby and bar/restaurant. Our room was very comfortable and we especially enjoyed the rain shower and Molton Brown toiletries. I received a wonderfully relaxing massage in the spa. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous and even had a bottle of champagne waiting for us in the room after finding out it was our anniversary!

Disappointed

Posted Apr 30, 2015
Pros: The shuttle service.
Cons: We never received an itemized statement at checkout and requested one by e-mail, the Hutton never responded to the request.
Location: Music City Center, Black Stone Restaurant is in walking distance.
The pricing was ridiculous for what was offered, would never book again.

First time in Nashville

Pros: Member of Leading Hotels and the intimate size. NOT a convention hotel where you are swallowed up in the crowd. Molton Brown amenities too.
Cons: Entry steps and curb appeal. Very brown and dull.
Location: Location requires using their house car, taxi or Uber. But this is nice because you get away from the craziness of Broadway and tourists.
We were very pleased with our stay at The Hutton. Check in was excellent and staff friendly. The lobby small and contemporary. Guest rooms are a comfortable size and the beds simply snuggly. Loved the rain shower heads and glass sinks. A twist to the typical hotel bath. No tubs, so if you have your heart set on a soaker, this is not the hotel for you. Would guess suites have tubs. Room service and 1808 restaurant inviting. We would return to The Hutton again.

Nice staff, willing to help. Always had taxi's available. Every time we came back into our room, it was clean.

Spacious suite, nicely laid out.

Posted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: A pleasant surprise was the in house restaurant, the 1808. The food was high quality, but prices were reasonable.
Cons: lose the glass sinks
Location: Downtown. Attended NRA convention, which took up most of my time, so did not get a chance to really check out the local attractions....next time
Suite was large and well laid out. Was promised Queen size bed, got free upgrade to King size without asking. Only drawback is the glass sinks take some getting used to. Shower is a delightful overhead tropical rainstorm. There were separate thermostats for the bedroom versus main living room area. HVAC system is very quiet and user friendly. You get 2 cardkey passes. One must be placed in the receptacle next to entry door to enable lights and TV. Excellent sound insulation between suites. Hotel was packed with all rooms spoken for due to NRA convention which I attended, but I could not hear any of my neighbors. Extremely quiet! Staff was friendly and professional without being cloying.

Staff was very welcoming (more so when compared to competing properties) and the rooms were well appointed. If I wasn't moving into Nashville, I would stay here again.

Nice Boutique Hotel!

Nice and pleasant hotel with all the attention to detail one would expect at that price point. Luxury class hotel but on a small scale. You get a feel of personal attention. Also handy location to attend Bridgestone Arena and Honky Tonk Row. Well recommended!

The Staff, rooms, and overall feel of this hotel are great. The hot cider on cold days was an amazing touch.
