Rushed housekeeping

We arrived after 4 pm, check-in was begin at 3. We were told they were delayed in getting all the rooms clean. Asked if we could wait. We waited an hour or a little longer in the main lobby. Finally got room after 5 pm, bathroom was not cleaned very well. The handles of drawers were streaked as if not cleaned with cleaner or fresh cloth. I had baby wipes with me that I used. Just seemed that whatever house keeping issues they had, I would have waited an hour longer for attention to details. Little disappointed.

Location: 2 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes or less to downtown Nashville.
The best thing about this hotel was that it was very clean. While it is not brand new, it is well maintained and the room was spotless.

No problems during our stay. Plenty of towels, beds were clean. Breakfast ended a little too early on Monday, which was a holiday. During a normal weekday, it would have been fine to end at the normal time, but time should have been extended for the holiday. Asked to use a microwave and staff allowed us to do that late at night.

Great Hotel close to Nashville Airport

My wife and I were only present at the hotel for a few hours between our wedding and our flight out to our honeymoon, but the staff and the room were excellent. The staff was even willing to keep one of my bags for a friend to pick up the next day so that we didnt have to pay extra in checked bags. HIGHLY recommend.

We actually came in town for a greenbay packer preseason game although it stormed we weren't able to make the game! Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable! Didn't have enough time to swim but the swimming pool also looked very nice and crystal clear! Will DEFINITLEY stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Nashville!

Great facility and staff. Only real issue was the preferred shuttle service to downtown was not willing to work with a group of ten. Still wanted to charge 10 individuals . Found the three cabs wer much cheaper

Pros: Location, overall new qualities
Although in airport district, no plane noise bother. About 10 minutes drive to Grand Ole Opry and great Opry Mills mall, beautiful mall. Great condition of hotel, very new and nice.

My original room was next to the elevator so it was not terribly quiet. The phone in the room did not work. There were cobwebs around the base of the bed and the clock was not set to the correct time (and I could not correct the time). When I requested to change rooms, I was offerred a musty smelling room next to the kitchen. For the price, this was terribly disappointing. It would have been better to spend half the money and stay at a Hampton Inn with the same quality. The assitant to the manager was extremely nice and sympathetic to my concerns, but she could not make any changes for me.
