The hotel and staff where great, the matresses are uncomfortably and for the little bit we watch tv the contrllers are awful it kept loosing signal and not controlling the tv. Even after we received a second controller.

No complaints. We enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Close, walk to Broadway and other areas . We would definitely stay again.

I received a call that we had left belongings in the room after we had checked out. I called the hotel back and could not get a straight answer. Spoke to two different people and got a response of the door was locked from the inside so we thought you were still in. They then asked if I wanted to rebook I said yes, but when I returned to the hotel, they had no clue. I ended up paying more which I was upset because Expedia showed sold out. The hotel would not honor Expedia price that I have paid the night before

My group was sitting in lobby playing cards and were told we were laughing too loud. Also, no coffee available after breakfast. Every hotel I have ever been in always has coffee. When I asked bartender, his response was it's in your room.

Hotel doesn't provide room service and the bar will open at 3:00 PM so if you are hungry, you have to go outside to eat!

I WOULD DEFINETLY STAY HERE AGAIN, ITS CLOSE TO ALOT OF PLACES AND YOU FEEL SAFE ITS A FEW BLOCKS AWAY FROM THE "MAIN STRIP" BUT NOTHING MORE THAN LIKE A 5MIN WALK. THE STAFF IS VERY RESPECTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. AND IF YOURE A MEMBER YOU GET 2 FREE WATER BOTTLES EVERYDAY DURING YOUR STAY.

Hotel was really good. Just couple of things weren’t great (pillows and toilet seat was broken when we got there). Otherwise staff was really nice, breakfast was better than I thought it would be (good choices), beds were comfortable, great water pressure in shower and room was really clean.

Property was nice. A bit pricey. It was undergoing some construction. The biggest problem I had was we didn’t have extra bedding for the pullout couch we called about 8:30-9:00 pm (not very late) and was told they would bring some up. They never did. Breakfast however was amazing!!!

Easy to get to and to walk downtown Nashville. Breakfast included was a plus. We lost power our first day for about 4 hours. Communication from the hotel was poor. We had to continue to reach out to see if power was restored. No explanations or apologizes were offered. The indoor pool was nice with cool/stormy weather but it was not well taken care of. Staff at check in had little interaction -simply stated facts/information. They were not personable or there to help without multiple requests. Not sure if I would stay there again or do more research into other options.

It was just so loud from construction at the hotel. There was even banging on the ice machine as they worked on it. Good thing we spent little time at our room but it was so loud when we were there. Otherwise, lovely hotel, kind staff, clean and nice but it’s hard to get past constant noise
