Nice hotel close to downtown Nashville!

Posted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: The Manager!
Cons: Maybe a different type of bedding! It was nice, but they need something new!
Location: Downtown Nashville is a $7.00 taxi ride to Nashville - PERFECT!
I loved the Manager! He was so friendly and helped us with any questions we had! That was probably my favorite part about the hotel! He even called a taxi for us! The room was perfect, especially if you were only staying a couple of days! It was literally $7.00 to get downtown by taxi! NOT BAD AT ALL! I would definitely stay there again!

Close to downtown Nashville

Pros: It was cheap and clean! Good location
I have stayed in several Nashville hotels. Downtown is expensive and the experiences I have had weren't great. The Knights in is about a $10 cab ride to downtown and is a great low option for the price. I would recommend this hotel to people traveling on a budget.

Would not recommend this hotel! Very dated! Puddle outside of room. AC dripped onto carpet! Musty mildew smell!

Never again

Well we were looking forward to staying here as the photos looked promising. However the photos were very decieving. The hotel was extemely dated, run down, the staff were unwelcoming and unwilling to help. Breakfast was questionable but filled a hole, and when wanting to do the laundry, it was $3 a token, the washing was still wet after putting it into the dryer so we went and brought a new only to find out the dryer wasn't working and the receptionist refused to refund us our $6. Think twice before staying here, and look at hotels more in the downtown such as hotel indigo.

Decent place

Posted Jul 29, 2014
Pros: Clean. Quick cab ride to downtown. Comfortable beds
Cons: Better towels, more pillows, chairs in the room
Location: Close to downtown
Overall, a great place to stay. Clean. Quick cab ride to downtown. Easy access to hwy. could use a couple chairs in the room. Hate sitting on the bed all the time. Breakfast was surprisingly great too.

Not worth price.

Floor was wet and sticky in places, no iron or board in room. Walls are very thin, next door had TV on really loud all night. Not worth the nightly rate unless all you care about is location.

Close to town

Posted Jul 25, 2014
Pros: The location is very convenient to downtown. Probably easier work from than some of the hotels that are downtown.
Cons: Cleaning at a minimum. Could use remodeling, but paint and carpet would go a long way.
The room smelled of disinfectant, running the fan/air conditioner eliminated most of it in a day. The bed was comfortable and the bath room clean. Floor could have been cleaner. I was here for a trade show and was only in the room to sleep. The location, between two bridges, across the river from downtown, and price were the reasons for staying here. I wasn't expecting much different.

Decent hotel for what you pay

Posted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: Cost, close to downtown
Cons: upgrade the bathrooms
Stayed at this hotel with 3 of my girlfriends, we were on a budget so it was the cheapest option for close to downtown. The room itself was clean but smelt a little musty, the bathroom was clean also but definitely needed some upgrading. The beds were clean and comfortable, only a 15 min walk or $10.00 cab ride, hotel staff was very nice too! Pool was great, and the hotel was big so felt safe there. Its nothing fancy so don't expect much, but if you're low on budget and looking for a place to crash or get ready before the bars it served its purpose.
