This hotel was mediocre at best. It has been updated but for the price I feel I would not choose this property again. Breakfast was ok. Generic free breakfast. Not many choices even on pastries/toast. Staff was very nice. If you book through a 3rd party (Expedia) a $150 incidental charge is held on your card. Said would be returned in a few days. Not thrilled about that.

Thank you Lana for your review. We are continuing to update our hotel daily. Breakfast has several options from cereal to biscuits and gravy to fruit and waffles to pastries. We do suggest you try our breakfast again! We are thrilled our staff were able to assist you when needed. An incidental is always listed before you book your room(s). It is listed on all 3rd party websites, our website as well as located in 3 different places at our front desk. We look forward to your next visit to us in the future!

It was like staying in a kennel! Pets everywhere, growling at you in the lobby, hissing and trying to scratch you in the elevator! Madhouse!

We are saddened to hear you did not have a good experience with us during your stay. We are pet friendly and that being said we do not allow any pet to be aggressive towards others or other guests. If that happens, we will have guests with aggressive pets check out. We do hope you give us another chance.

The toilet in our room was very low to the ground, and was difficult for me to use. Other than that our stay was good. We didn't try the breakfast.

Our room had a construction / chemical smell and we asked to be moved but there wasn’t another room available. Although they offered to refund, it was 10:30 at night as we had been away all day. We smelled the odor the first night but the second night was so bad we opened the windows hoping to help. Breakfast was ok- hotel could use some TLC - stains on the curtains and bedding. Check in was smooth and staff was friendly.

We are currently in the process of having our bathtubs refinished for better guest experience. Since the refund was declined, we have no other options to offer. We do hope to see you again in the future, though.

Thank you Patricia for your review. Housekeeping will not clean rooms if a Do Not Disturb sign is on the door and they check for these around 6am. If a DND sign was left on the door around that time it would be why they did not clean your room on your second day stay. We do however can give you fresh towels and other items needed at the front desk at any time. We do look forward to your next stay with us!

The stay was comfortable but the rooms seemed a bit run down. We had a large patched hole in our wall that wasn’t painted. This didn’t affect our comfort but wasn’t as nice as we thought. Staff was nice and helpful. Beds and rooms were comfortable.

The property was good. The issue with my stay was the water not working due to the company checking for an issue as soon as we get there. Tried to give it time, but moved to a new hotel. Thankful for the staff for helping me and my wife find a cheaper option.

My apologies for my initial 1star rating on La Quinta hotel. It was not fair because it has good ratings. I don’t know what the property is like. I got Covid Wednesday night and am in quarantine until Tuesday. My reservation was for Friday, and can’t get my money back from Expedia. Expedia is the one that deserved a 1 star rating

Room was clean but very poorly maintained. Bathroom cabinet paint was peeling off. Floors had no carpet and were cracked. Electrical outlet didn't supply electricity to plugged in device.

Terrible hotel. Looks like a shady motel. Our Tom smelled like urine so I requested they put us in a different room. Incidental payment is high for a garbage hotel.
