Not what I paid for

Reserved and paid for room with double queen beds and was given king bed and two cots! Also credit card was charged for over 700.00 when room was supposed to be around 340.00.

Nice hotel good location

Bar, valet and checkin staff were great. Room was configurable and valet staff were excellent! 6th floor smelled a little like new paint but I guess upgrading us not a negative:)

Location of Loew's Vanderbilt

Pros: Ambiance ....... nice feel ....... very ritzy for us country folk
Cons: I'd like to see a more affordable restaurant either in the hotel, or be told of some nearby
Location: Parthenon and trolley were nearby if individuals can walk distances; the university was quiet due to holiday break.
At first we thought it was too far from Music Row, but with New Year's Eve preparations and a hockey game and traffic diversions from some streets, Loew's Vanderbilt was very convenient, using both hotel shuttle and taxicabs. I would appreciate knowing nearby restaurants so I could make more choices on meals.

Great property - convenient to Downtown Nashville

Pros: The hotel and valet staff are friendly and service oriented. The decor is trendy and rooms are cozy.
Cons: The service at Mason's restaurant was disappointing - slow and inattentive.
Location: Convenient location to Broadway and interstate.
Loew's is one of our preferred hotels in Nashville. We stayed on New Year's Eve. My husband and I arrived Nashville early and thought we would see if we could check-in earlier than the standard check-in time. The Front Desk staff was very accommodating and made check-in seamless. Loew's always meets our expectations. Highly recommend this properly.

really nice hotel, premium rooms are worth it!

in town for New Year's Eve 2014-15 and this hotel was everything. The premium rooms are worth the extra$$. I stay In a lot of hotels and Loews was really nice 100% satisfied, even the shuttle service and valets are great!!

Room had a few things that needed attention. The shower bars and towel bars were a bit loose and the shower curtain did not keep out water from floor. (We were in a handicapped room (not by need or choice) and the curtain did not kep the floor from becoming wet so we had to be careful not to sliip.

Nicest Hotel next to the University.

Everything was great, as a picky person about bathrooms, I think the shower corner titles on the floor need to be re-grouted to be perfect.
