Not Again, No Thank You

Pros: Genuinely lovely staff, nice newly renovated pool area, Champions Bar and Grill is great
Cons: Bathrooms need updating, rooms needs fridges
Location: Good location for business travelers. Very easy to find off of the highway and about 15 minutes away from everything important.
First let me start off by saying that every hotel staff member we encountered during our stay was extremely polite and pleasant - always greeting you warmly and offering to assist you. The food at Champions restaurant inside the hotel is delicious as well. The hotel loses all charm past the main floor. While the lobby seems to have been recently updated, the same cannot be said of the hotel rooms, particularly the bathrooms (teeny tiny, old fixtures) and plumbing - the water had two settings, hot or cold and nothing in between, and the water pressure was non-existant. Also, for the cost of a 'deluxe room' the overblown surcharge for wi-fi and not having in-room mini-fridges is ridiculous. While the 'deluxe rate' grants you access to the concierge lounge (breakfast in the am, beverages/snacks throughout the day) not all guests desire to leave their rooms multiple times after a long day to retrieve beverages, snacks, ice, etc. The bed was comfortable though, I will say that.

Great Hotel Close to Nashville!

Pros: Clean and comfortable.
Cons: Nothing I noticed. I would have preferred a room with a better view however.
Location: Meetings for a tour in downtown Nashville.
It was an extremely convenient hotel close to Nashville and made my stay very enjoyable.

Most relaxing place to stay by BNA

Pros: Champions Bar is the place to be.
Cons: Poolside service could be a little quicker.
Location: Get to everywhere pretty quickly from this central location.
Love this place. Super clean, friendly staff, great views of the airport.

One of the Nicest Marriott's we've stayed at

Location: Because of the hills, it's difficult to get to the first couple times. Once you realize how to get there and get access to the interstate it's simple.
Great decor and atmosphere, rooms and beds were great, indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub are great (renovations are complete as of 5/11/15). It's definitely a top notch hotel that gives you a 4+star feel for a 3 star price.

Expensive room for the quality!

Pros: Nice location. Close to the airport.
Cons: The coffee provided in the room was nice but they only gave two small creamers which was not enough for even half a cup. and they provided no powdered
The room we stayed in was clean, however it didn't have simple luxuries that rooms half the cost come with. (1) No microwave or refrigerator. (2) No free Wi-Fi (even Super8 has free Wi-Fi) (3) The coffee provided in the room was nice but they only gave two small creamers which was not enough for even half a cup. and they provided no powdered creamer wither... that's just lame!

Hotel close to airport

Everything was perfect at this hotel including staff. I just wish other guests would show some manners and not slam their doors, or shout down the hallways. Just because you are awake, doesn't mean everyone else is.
