Nice on the outsidePosted Mar 2, 2015
Pros: Main lobby was nice
Cons: The rooms need updating badly
Everything on the outside and main lobby screams great hotel, but the rooms were very small and bathrooms were even smaller. Double beds are a thing of the past. The bathtubs need updated as well. Just a good update is in need!

Hotel needs an update, rooms are out dated and the bathroom was in poor condition

This is a older hotel. The staff was friendly enough, but the lobby and hallways reeked of a subtle 'garbage-y' smell. The room I was in had a broken lamp and a cracked AC cover and just a lot of the grime that comes with being an older hotel.

Like the musical decorPosted Feb 24, 2015
It was a positive experience minus my 19 year old girlfriend having to tell me part of my birthday surprise because she's not 21 and couldn't check into the hotel! That's absolutely ridiculous!

It was OKPosted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: The housekeeper we had was great. The bed's were comfortable. There was no issues with the elevator, ice machine, TV/remote and we had a nice view.
Cons: The bathrooms need some help. A shower is the best part of the day and I just wanted to take a quick one and get out of that bathroom.
Location: Good Location. Not in the middle of downtown but still close. There's a gas station near by if the little gift shop didn't have something.
The room was fine. The bathroom was a little gross and falling apart, we wore our flip flops when we showered. The hotel front desk staff wasn't rude but the weren't the most helpful. Our housekeeper was VERY friendly, I think her name was Betsy? (cleaned 4th floor the weekend of Feb. 19th to the 22nd) The two bar tenders in the restaurant were arguing with someone else working there in front of us and turned around and were a little rude to us because of it. We just had one drink and left after the women figured out who was in charge of giving us our check. Overall, we felt safe, had a comfortable bed to sleep in and clean towels when we wanted them. Next time we come to Nashville we may try another hotel. One with a shower we don't have to wear flip flops in and a front desk/restaurant staff that's a little more helpful and welcoming.

Great deal in a town with expensive hotels.Posted Feb 20, 2015
Pros: Clean, comfortable, affordable.
Location: I worked downtown, not near the hotel.
Millenium has everything you need, at much better value than the expensive hotels downtown. Their shuttle will bring you anywhere, and come and pick you up for just the price of a tip to the driver. The drivers are friendly and engaging. The restaurant is good; as is the gym. I'll definitely stay here again.

Not worth the price.Posted Feb 19, 2015
Fairly close to downtown Nashville. Some of the staff were amazing while the majority is fairly rude. Room was outdated and ceiling drooping down. Shuttle was nice but only running one day. Wouldn't stay here again.

Very nice staff. Great hotel for the price. Only 10 minutes from downtown.
