Nice hotel not too far from NashvillePosted Jun 24, 2015
An older, but very nice and clean hotel with free parking. Only about a 5-10 minute shuttle, cab or uber ride from downtown. Maybe a touch pricey for where it is, but Nashville itself is pretty pricey for hotels in general.

Sewer overflow....no apologyPosted Jun 16, 2015
Stayed here for business. Every time the guests in room adjacent to mine took a shower the sewer backed up and flooded my bathroom through a drain in the floor. Thank god I had already showered etc that morning. I couldn't even brush my teeth and had to do it downstairs. Told the front desk and they just looked at me and took down the room number! No apology, no refund, nada. Great way to start an early morning before an important client meeting.

NashvillePosted Jun 12, 2015
Pros: Pool area, hotel lobby and free shuttle service to downtown Nashville.
Cons: rooms need to be updated...especially bathrooms.
Location: Not far from downtown Nashville about $12 one way by taxi.
Pool-not enough chairs/chaises to enjoy. Room-small, not enough storage... not clean. Bathroom-dirty, dead bug on floor, needs more counter space for curling iron, toothbrushes etc.

Horrible time .Posted Jun 11, 2015
They double charged my card. Then when I asked why that other charge was on my card they could not answer me. I had to call everyday for a WEEK to try and get my money back. Apparently my bank and the hotel ha do fax each other account numbers to release MY MONEY back to me. It took a week. It was a nightmare!

Great valuePosted Jun 9, 2015
Pros: The hotel has a great bar downstairs with staff who are happy to tell you where the attractions are located.
Location: There is always great music in Printer's Alley, Broadway, and 2nd Street.
The hotel is an easy drive just off I-65 with free parking. The hotel shuttle will provide to and from downtown until 10:30. It's only a $10 cab ride if you stay a bit later.

Not that nice for the moneyPosted Jun 8, 2015
Pros: Nice lobby and pool
The room was very basic. Almost felt like a slightly upgraded Red Roof inn. The lobby, gift shop and pool areas were very nice, but I was very disappointed in the room itself.
